Most Jordan fanatics know that MJ’s first sport was actually baseball and not basketball and when he “retired” for the first time he left the sport of basketball to pursue his baseball dreams. He landed with the Chicago White Sox and then was moved down to the minor league affiliate, Birmingham Barons. Jordan Brand wanted to commemorate Michael’s playing days on the baseball diamond with this Opening Day Pack inspired by the Home and Away jerseys of the White Sox/Barons and various aspects of baseball. The shoes will retail for $100 and will be released on March 29th, JB will also release matching apparel with the shoes including t-shirts and caps. via UNIK
