Jordan Brand’s expansion this year has been nothing short of incredible. With new models such as the PHLY, Force Fusion series, and others apart from their traditional Air Jordan I-XX3 series, the brand as a whole is diversifying like never before. Into this mix comes the Air Jordan Flipsyde, Jordan Brand’s first foray into the skateboarding market. According to Jordan Brand, the Flipsyde “merges basketball culture with skate culture for a new point of view.” If Nike’s successes with the 6.0 and SB lines are any indication, it seems that Jordan Brand’s expansion into skateboarding will likely be a colossal success as well.
