This Nike Air Max 90 is the latest Air Max running shoe to be inspired by an American city, the last being the “New York Black Out” Air Max 95′s. These Chicago-inspired sneakers feature a navy blue snakeskin material on the mudguard, heel tab, and eyelets, while the rest of the upper is navy blue leather with vivid blue accents. The upper ankle and toe box of the shoe feature swirl designs which represent the windy city’s weather, the tongue contains Chi-town’s 4-starred flag and on the back lower heel the four stars are repeated in red. Also, the inner lining, swoosh, and outsole are light blue, matching the colors of the stripes on the flag. Although considered an exclusive regional release, they have of course dropped on ebay as well.
