The next version of the Kobe Bryant signature sneaker has a currently launch date of January 2009 and will probably be called the Zoom Kobe IV to keep with the number signature series. As most of you know Kobe is very particular about his choice of sneakers and has been in love with the Hyperdunk and weight from the use of Nike’s revolutionary Flywire technology. It makes total sense that for Kobe’s next signature sneaker, he’d want Flywire employed. With these leaked shots it seems he got what he wanted. It has also been said that he wanted a lower cut shoe and a radically new design aesthetic to differentiate from the rest of Nike Basketball’s range. Via ProjectBlueFoot

I think the design is kinda cool…maybe for a team shoe or a trainer, but as for as his Signature shoe,I don’t know bout this one….just to used to him sportn some Hi-tops which I think in my opinion is just way better as in look n comfort for Basketball…but to follow up with this after a MVP season..I hope they make it a mid or alter some stuff up

These kicks are fire! During my career in the NBA, I have always favored low-top sneakers because of better range. I think Kobe did a great thing here along with his Nike team. I’ve already copped myself a pair and they off the hook. Good stuff Kobe, keep em comin.
