New Balance x Staple – Pigeon 575

Back in March we gave you a preview of the New Balance and Staple collaboration “Pigeon” 575 inspired by New York City’s Pigeon and the Nike Dunk SB “Pigeon” that Staple had designed in part with Nike SB. The 575 is one of the best trail running shoes from New Balance’s arsenal of shoes which was one of the main reasons jeffstaple selected it as the starting point for this collaboration. With the base of the 575 Staple went to work on the design of the shoe and decided to keep with tradition of the Pigeon Dunk SB’s that caused riots in New York’s Lower East side a few years back. The colors of this collaboration with New Balance are similar to that of the Dunk SB’s but now in addition to the original logo there are a few additional Pigeon logos placed on the shoes. These shoes are limited to about 800 pairs globally which breaks out to about 144 pairs per region and will be released in the upcoming months at select New Balance retailers. via Sneaker Freaker
