Although we’ve seen early pictures of this Air Force 1 Supreme that is part of the Nike 1World collaboration series of Air Force 1’s with worldwide influencers, the shoes will finally be released officially in Japan in the upcoming weeks. This Air Force 1 was done in collaboration with none other than Boston Red Sox standout, Daisuke Matsuzaka, who worked with Nike to design this Air Force 1. The shoe features an upper that mixes Pony Hair and Exoctic Reptile-esque leather. Daisuke’s explanation for why he chose the materials and Orange color was because he wanted to educate people about the place that the Dragon has in Japanese culture and as far as the Pony hair goes, that was because it was one of the stand out materials Nike showed him. You can also see Daisuke’s “18″ logo on the heel of the shoe that comes in the shape of a Dragon, one of the overarching points of inspiration for this shoe.
