The Adidas Grün line of environmentally conscious apparel and footwear is definitely a step in the right direction for green design.  With a whole line consisting of items made from recycled materials and other planet-friendly items, the Grün concept is great.  As far as designs are concerned, this latest pair of ZX500s in the line is definitely solid, with various recycled materials making up its design, as well as a nice antibacterial sole to keep things fresh and clean.  The colorway is a mix of tan, white, and blue, with some orange for accenting.  These should please both the green crowd and the sneakerhead looking to make a more environmentally-conscious shoe choice.  The ZX500 is definitely one of the better designs out of Adidas, and has no small amount of popularity; expect these ZX500s to keep that popularity alive, in a very “green” fashion.  Via CaliRoots.
