David Z has received the Cleveland Cavaliers Forum Mid nearly 60 days before they are to drop officially. The upper features a nice combination of materials with premium navy blue leather and navy blue suede. The Cavs logo is on the strap and the lace tips feature the NBA logo.These are available starting today on davidz.com as well as the flagship store in soho.

Finish Line already has these, along with the Indiana Pacers, Detroit Pistons, and Los Angeles Lakers(Low.) The laces of these shoes really set them off.
