I ordered a pair of PUMA MONGOLIAN BBQ customizable sneakers and I am very disappointed. They differ a lot from the website renderings and are very uncomfortable... they are not true to their size chart and have no arc support at all. They look and feel cheap and are unbelievably uncomfortable. To be fair, I must clarify that I'm a fan of the brand and own a lot of Puma shoes and clothes, therefore I was expecting the same this time around.
I called Customer Service to find out how to make a return and the experience was even worse... It was like talking to a wall; they would not listen to my concerns.
I would not recommend this to anyone at all.

i got some of these PUMA MONGOLIAN BBQ customizable kicks for my husband for father's day and i am SO disappointed!!!! please think twice before spending $120.00 and then waiting 6+ weeks on these shoes. had i ANY idea of how they'd turn out or had i seen any reviews on them, i would have quickly changed my mind!!! the shoes look cheap and not even like authentic pumas (which they are, so it only makes it worse) while the colors and design is nice(bcuz I designed it), the materials look old and second hand. it's as if they used left over materials and came up with this customize concept. i have photos too!! i don't know how to post them. but please beware. the thing i hate the most is that at the top of the shoe the tongue bunches and it looks bad to have to keep bending over and pulling the tongue so it doesn't do that. it's only on the right foot and it developed a permenent crease after only a couple hours of him wearing them. such a waste of money!!!!
