There was a ton of hype surrounding the aZx Collection, and with due cause.  The ZX line has been around for years, but some of the models were collecting dust before  adidas Consortium got a little help from some friends.  The party’s pretty much over, but ya gotta love those chill mornings after.

The ZX Racer didn’t appear in Three Stripes’ ode to the alphabet, but we’re glad they finally made it.  They’re something like adidas’ answer to the Nike Cortez: a simple strider with a wedge sole and nylon upper.  Hypebeast showed us a pair in royal blue and another in acid green (looks yellow in these pics), but we’re not sure when to expect them, so stay tuned to SneakerNews for updates.
