Nike Basketball Fall 2009 Preview – Zoom Soldier III, Blue Chip 2 & More

Nike Basketball Fall 2009 Preview – Zoom Soldier III, Blue Chip 2 & More

Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls started a tradition that many teams still observe today: white kicks during the regular season and switch to black when it’s time to get down to playoff business.  A shoe that has both would be ready for championship-level performance day in, day out.

The new crop of court kicks from Nike Basketball for Fall 2009 sets out to test the efficacy of that theory.  Here we see two different Blue Chip 2s, a pair each of Hyperlites and Hypermaxes (both featuring Flywire technology on the side panels), a Shox Vision and Lebron’s secondary/playoff shoe, the Air Zoom Soldier III.

All done in black and white, save the Swoosh on one pair of Blue Chip 2s, this classy collection probably won’t turn heads; that is, until you blow past someone to get to the rack.  In addition, we have other releases straight from the catalog: alongside the too many to mention, so check the pics after the jump.  jsu42 on NikeTalk: good look.
