Nike debuted two innovative technologies leading up to this Summer’s 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, one was Flywire and the other was Lunar Lite Foam, while the Flywire technology and innovation has been featured on a number of different blog sites and in a countless number of magazines, the Lunar cushioning innovation has almost been forgotten about. Two shoe’s that used the Nike Lunar technology were the Nike Lunar Racer and the Nike Lunar Trainer, while we’ve seen a couple colorways of both shoe’s released up this latest Nike Lunar Trainer + has been the one that’s caught our attention. This Nike Lunar Trainer + is a part of the Nike LIVESTRONG Collection, where all products that are a part of this collection, will have their profits donated to the Lance Armstrong foundation. This particular colorway of the Lunar Trainer comes in Black, Black, Varsity Maize, and Metallic Silver with the LIVESTRONG logo sewn across the tongue of the shoe. Additionally since the shoe also features Nike +, you know that you can sync up your Apple iPod nano to the shoes to keep track of your runs. You’ll also come to notice that even the box on these shoes are different from your regular Orange Nike shoe box. You can pick these up now at the NikeStore.
