Last time we saw this take on the Nike KD1, it was an artist’s depiction.  Little ad libbing here, as Nike Basketball sticks to the script for one of the best colours of one of their premier models.

Back in all black, the KD1 features a carbon fibre insert with the “kd” logo in the same orange we see on the outer Swooshes.  They are laid atop a suede upper, but the inside contains a twist as superficial as Shyamalan: a photo blue swoosh atop patent leather.  Either side features an array of arched stitches: blue on the inside and yellow fading down to orange on the outside.  All this atop a blue sole equates to a winner Durant’s Oklahoma City Thunder fans might not see for years to come.  As for now, take a look at the other angles after the jump, then shoot over to Shoe-Planet to order.
