This summer, Nike will be releasing the Hypermax, an apparent sequel to the popular Hyperdunk basketball model. Like the Hyperdunk, the Hypermax will employ Nike’s new Flywire technology, but comes with some new tweaks, such as an ankle strap and a full length Air Max sole for the power ballers. This wildly colorful grey/black/sport red pair is a sample, but can be had on ebay right now if you are a size 9 and can’t wait until June.

I really likr the overall design of the Hypermax… I usually like ugly, odd shoes, and at first this one was a “no” for me, but I like it more the more I look. But the colors for the “NIKE” on the strap kill it. These should be cool in other colorways, though.
