adidas Originals is celebrating 60 years this year, 2009, and is doing so in style by bringing back some of popular adidas models in their original colorways such as this adidas Attitude Hi in a New York Knicks colorway of White, Blue, and Orange. The adidas Attitude Hi was made famous in the 1980′s by then New York Knicks Center, Patrick Ewing. This particular pair comes in the same colorway and treatment as the original pair that was released in early 1980′s but the insole is a bit different in that the new pair has “60 Years of Soles and Stripes” written on it. The Spring 2009 Collection from Nike Sportswear continues to thrive on bringing back some of Nike’s greatest running models, earlier we showed you the newest Nike Air Tailwind 92 colorways, and now we have some news in regards to one of Nike’s longest tenured running styles, the Pegasus, specifically the Nike Air Pegasus 89 which is now available in one of it’s original colors of Light Bone, Vivid Blue, and Black. One of the surprise Retro’s from Nike Sportswear this Spring 2009 season has been the return of the Nike Air Tailwind 92, one of the original colorways has already hit retailers and the NikeStore, and now the second original colorway has hit Size? in the United Kingdom. The second colorway is composed of White, Orange Blaze, and Varsity Purple. The shoe’s mesh toebox should be appreciated by most sneakerheads. Look for additional colorways of the Air Tailwind 92 to hit retailers in the upcoming seasons but until then pick this pair up now at Size? and in the US at nikestore.com.

The Nike Sportswear Spring 2009 Collection has begun to hit retailers Worldwide and one of the Nike Sportswear Icons is the Nike Dunk. This White, White, Comet Red, and Pale Blue Dunk is the newest WMNS Dunk Low from Nike and mixes a great palette of colors as well as materials. Everyone knows that Michael Jordan made a name for himself at the University of North Carolina, so it came as no surprise that MJ and his Jordan Brand are one of the major sponsors of the UNC Basketball Team. Last night, Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers hosted the Charlotte Bobcats and while doing so debuted their Alternate Hardwood Classics uniform. Lebron also brought out a new colorway of his sixth Nike Basketball signature shoe, the Nike Zoom Lebron VI. What some people were originally calling the “Superman” colorway of the Zoom Lebron VI, is actually in fact another Hardwood Classics colorway, the first we showed you at the beginning of December (Nike Zoom Lebron VI Hardwood Classics PE). The Lacoste Stealth Ibiza has been a well received take on design staples from popular lifestyle sneakers. Up until now, the shoe has featured solid colors and designs that may not have created too big of a bleep on your radar, but the new edition of the sneaker should definitely catch your eye. The two new Ibiza Blocks feature geometric designs and textures while incorporating a nice combination of simple colors. Vans has just released a pair of new Sk8 His designed by one of the best skaters who ever wore the shoes. The new Vans Sk8 Hi Vert Pro by Christian Hosoi, boasts perforated leather on the shoes side panels, while a premium full grain leather is used on the toe box. Both models use familiar color schemes paying tribute to Christians Japanese American heritage. The red or black versions both rest upon a classic white mid sole with a pinstripe to match the shoes upper.
