For their upcoming February releases, Converse Japan stuck with the Expo Nippon theme, drawing inspiration from time-honored Japanese artisan crafts. Three different Converse All-Stars and one Pro-Leather Low Model will pay homage to Take-Zaiku basket weaving, Higo-Mari thread balls, Ise-Katagami paper crafts and Icho-Itto wood carvings. Aside from the craft-inspired editions, three other new models will round out the upcoming collection, including a black snakeskin Jack Purcell and a yellow version of the Marine Sea Crisp. via Hypebeast.
