Continuing their Championship Pack paying homage to Micheal Jordan’s road to the ultimate prize, Jordan Brand’s next release will honor the now defunct Seattle Supersonics. The pack features two different colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Low Phat, and a Air Jordan 6 Rings (not pictured). The Air Jordan 1 Low Phats are either available in mostly white or black leather upper, with dark green and gold Seattle accents. Be on the look out for the ‘Supersonics’ Air Jordan 1 Low Phat to hit your local Jordan account mid March, but don’t hesitate or they will be gone forever like the NBA Franchise.

By now, you’ve probably already seen the White Men Can’t Jump Air Flight Lite High from the recent Media Pack, but it appears that Nike isn’t done paying homage to the classic b-ball flick. Nike went a different route this time, using the yet to be released Nike Hyperlite to further immortalize the baddest 2 man squad since King and Duck. The upper is a fairly simple white, but there are some bright accent colors that may have been seen on one of Sidney Deane’s flipped brim bicycling hats or Billy Hoyle’s notorious pumpable Nike Air Command Forces.
Speaking of gear worn by Woody Harrelson in White Men Can’t Jump, this Hyperlite goes a step further in its tribute than the Flight Lite did by adding a very special tongue label. Reinterpreting the “Parental Advisory” logo that appeared on Woody’s t-shirt in the movie, the tag on the tongue features his famous line, “I’M IN THE &*#@ING ZONE!” Stay tuned for release info so you too can get “in the zone.” Much thanks to J. Gibson for the photos.

Last week, we got a nice look at a pair of selvage denim Nike Terminators and now it appears that the Nike Blazer High will also flaunt similar materials on an upcoming model. The Blazer version uses contrasting shades of blue denim on the upper with some subtle red and orange highlights and stitching. Like the Terminator, this shoe sticks to the jeans theme with a copper rivet on the heel and the Levi’s-inspired Nike tag. While the two styles use similar materials, a black midsole and swoosh gives the Blazer a darker overall look than its predecessor. Look for both selvage denim Nike models at select retailers sometime this fall. Much thanks to J. Gibson for the photo.

By now those of you Jordan Brand fans already know that the Air Jordan Six Rings was created by the JB designers who looked to the six different shoes Mike wore when he won his Six Rings. Additionally there is Championship Pack of Six Rings’ sneakers put together that seeks inspiration from the colorway of the team that the Bulls beat on their way to their six championship. With six total packs in total, the Supersonics pack will drop March 14th, 2009. Although the Seattle Supersonics is no more, this pack is a reminder of the Payton & Kemp era of the Sonics. Look for this Jordan Six Rings along with a set of Air Jordan 1 Low Phat March 14th, 2009.

Japanese label, Product, has joined forces with Fila to collaborate on a swanky new version of their 70′s Fitness sneaker. Two things jump right out at first glance. These kicks are outfitted with a green/red/green Gucci-inspired striped band on the ankle and feature a foldable tongue flap. If that wasn’t enough, a luxurious combination of black suede and croc skin make up the rest of the upper with some nice gold accents providing additional flavor. Although the Gucci theme has already been used by other brands, this is undeniably one of the freshest results we’ve seen. Available now at Limited EDT.

We already knew they were coming; the precedent has been set. It’s just that these look so good that it doesn’t even matter if they were created to finish a collection; they stand on their own merit. The Air Jordan 1 Low Phat pairs designed with the Utah Jazz in mind might be the finest in the humongous Championship Pack. There’s a black suede pair and one in white pebbled leather with blanco patent accents. Both are built atop Aqua-like bottoms: purple midsoles are stitched with the upper colour while a vivid blue outsole grounds the whole deal. These beauties will release aside the Jazz-inspired Six (6) Rings on March 28 with an MSRP of $95.

In 1989, tennis phenom, Michael Chang won the French Open at the tender age of 17, making him the youngest player to ever win a Grand Slam event. Reebok is honoring the 20th anniversary of this remarkable accomplishment by re-releasing Chang’s Court Victory Pump II in two classic colorways. “Blood Orange” and “Veridian Green” versions of the shoe have just hit select Reebok retailers and are bringing some classic Pump nostalgia with them. Reebok will also be releasing some of the apparel that accompanied the sneakers during their first go-around. You too can rep the heyday of Michael Chang and the Pump with a pair of Court Victory II’s. Check out pics of the other colorway after the jump. via NiceKicks.

The last few Ex-O-Fits have been notably flashy, and we found a couple new joints that might be a bit more versatile, if slightly less eye-popping. The Reebok Ex-O-Fit Mid Clean appears in mud brown and mint green leather, and while both are shiny, they’re significantly subdued, compared to the crazy J Strap LE versions we saw last month. However different they may be, these are also available in Japan, this time from atmos.

We’re noticing a definite trend toward laid-back lifestyle sneakers, and here’s another rider on that bandwagon. The Nike GTS 09 appears here in two new leather versions: one in black with red accents and the other in white with green contrast notes. Both lowtops ride white midsoles, each with a small stripe of the secondary hue along side panel area. Perfect for the warming weather of spring, these are available now at NikeStore.
