Air Jordan 1 Phat Low Elephant Print

There have been plenty of colourways of the Air Jordan I Phat Low recently.  Most commemorate Mike’s NBA Championships, but many sneakerheads find their favorite Js to be from the earlier years.  Capitalizing on the monstrous success that was the Air Jordan III and its signature elephant print, these new pairs of Phats capture the essence of the AJIIIs OG colourways.  One pair each in white or black, these get their flavor from a generous splash of elephant print in the classic cement colour on the toe and heel/rear quarter.  If you’re feelin’ this ode to the glory days, act fast and cop one or both from Proper before the restock runs out.  via NiceKicks

Air Jordan 2009 Ray Allen Away PE

Being the longest tenured player on the Jordan Brand team, Ray Allen, has always been blessed with a number of Air Jordan Player Exclusive models that other members of the team don’t have access to and while he, Joe Johnson, and Chris Paul all wore the Air Jordan 2009 in the 2008-09 NBA All-Star Game last weekend in Phoenix, Sugar Ray is the first one on the Jordan Brand team to rock the 2009′s during a regular season game. Ray was spotted wearing these Black and Varsity Green Air Jordan 2009′s when the Celtics visited the Denver Nuggets a couple nights ago. Obviously like most Air Jordan PE’s, don’t expect these to release anytime soon.

Nike Zoom Flight Club

The Nike Zoom Flight Club was debuted by J.R. Smith of the Denver Nuggets in this month’s NBA All-Star Weekend Slam Dunk Contest but was obviously overshadowed by Nate Robinson and his KRYPTONATE Foamposite Lite PE’s. The Zoom Flight Club from Nike Basketball pays homage to one of Gary “The Glove” Payton’s signature Nike Basketball shoes, as they both feature the shroud/wrap over the shoe. This colorway is not only going to be released at Nike Basketball retailers but also possibly 21 Mercer Street in New York City, otherwise known as the NSW Store. via SOLEblvd

Billionaire Boys Club (BBC) Black Basket All Star

The Basket Black All Star is the latest sneaker release from Pharrell’s more luxurious brand, Billionaire Boys Club. The shoe uses a classic old school high top basketball silhouette. The black canvas upper is speckled with white stars building upon the popular Billionaire Boys Club astronaut theme. The classic white mid sole is offset with an expected black pinstripe that matches the unique waffle pattern out sole. The new Billionaire Boys Club wreath logo graces the soles heel tab.  The Billionaire Boys Club Basket Black All Star is available now at Colette.

Air Jordan AJB VI (6) Boots (2002)
Photos: Saltur Footwear

The Air Jordan VI has had a nice reintroduction into the market recently with two Olympics inspired colorways over the Summer and more recently with the Air Force 1 and Air Jordan VI hybrid, the AJF 6. For those who don’t remember, in 2002, Jordan Brand did their first Air Jordan VI hybrid making it into a boot. For the most part Nike has been doing mesh-ups for years and a good example might the use of the same sole on the Air Jordan IV, Air Revolution, Air Flight 89 and the recently Air Yeezy. We found the above three Jordan AJB 6 by pure luck and thought they would be a nice story for those who never saw them or knew they existed. If you need a pair, all three colorways above are available now on ebay through Saltur Footwear.

Nike Womens Aerofit Black White Optical Plaid

The ladies miss out on a lot of cool releases that only come in men’s sizes, but here is a nice offering from Nike that’s just for them. This black/white Nike Aerofit model can play some serious tricks on the eyes. From a distance, it appears to sport a simple plaid design on the tongue and across the back of the upper, but a closer look reveals an intricate geometric pattern with intersecting black lines that actually create the illusion of white, black and grey boxes. The shoe also features patterned laces that seem to help drag the optical design across the front of the shoe. A clean white toe and sections of black bring a nice balance to the busy patterned areas. You can pick up a pair now at nikestore. Via nitro:licious

We’ve seen Nike spreading the love to high schools all around the country.  With this pair, arguably their most popular athlete gets to give back to his alma mater.  The Nike Zoom LeBron VI Saint Vincent Saint Mary PE celebrates King James’ old stomping grounds.  A part of the last draft class that wasn’t required to spend an extra year after high school graduation, BronBron is making sure no one forgets about the place where he first dominated national headlines.  We have about a dozen extremely high quality, closeup pics thanks to JMHILN over on the Kenlu forums, so click the jump and enjoy.

Nike SB Dunk High Premium Yellow Black White

Despite the hundreds of Nike SB Dunks that have been released based on various inspirations and/or design themes, those charged with the task of designing one of the leading skate shoes are relentless in their search for fresh ideas.  This release should inspire  such consideration from sneaker heads as Nike SB takes a new approach to using yellow on their Dunk High.

Yellow is used throughout the shoe, covering the out-sole and most of the upper, aside from the toe-box top and Swoosh.  The shiny, smooth yellow leather is broken up by a perforated mid-panel that acts as a background to a super-glossy, patent leather Swoosh.  Black stitching is used on the white mid-sole adding subtle detailing similar to the stitching around the back of the heel/ankle, which is red.  Those who are big Nike SB fans might notice the “SB” being included in the tongue tag, which has not been an absolute guarantee as of late.  We’ll keep you posted with the latest as these should be hitting Nike SB retailers in the next couple months.  via Jordan8420
