It seems like Kanye West’s feet are a constant source of intrigue with sneakerheads. First it was the Nike Air Yeezy and then his collaboration with Louis Vuitton. Now Mr. West has been spotted at London’s fashion week in a fresh pair of mysterious New Balances. It has been confirmed that the kicks are actually a New Balance 997.5 collaboration with high-end Japanese retailer, United Arrows. The shoe features a nice light grey upper with hints of pink and purple and some stylish materials and textures on the tongue and around the ankle. If you have given up hope on the Air Yeezy’s and you’re too broke to afford the Louis Vuittons, these might be your best bet to follow in Kanye’s footsteps. You can get a pair now at United Arrows. via soleblvd.

Nike has been giving the ladies lots of love in the form of Air Max 90s lately. Even though Valentine’s is gone, it appears this trend will continue. Appearing in a black synthetic nubuck upper with white and pinkfire accents, this pair is sure to please. The layered hexagonal pattern on the ankle/heel make these stand out from the normal pink and shrink faire. These are ready for all dainty feet now at Purchaze.

For those of you Richard Hamilton fans or Jordan Brand fans you know that the bond formed by RIP and MJ started when the two actually played together for the Washington Wizards. Even though that Hamilton is now an All-Star with the Detroit Pistons and Jordan no longer is playing in the league but instead owning a portion of the Charlotte Bobcats, the two have been able to remain close as RIP is one of the key members of the Jordan Brand Team. Here is a look at one of his earlier Player Exclusive Air Jordan’s, this is the Air Jordan VII “RIP City” Washington Wizards PE, that features a nice White based colorway that matches perfectly with the Wizards uniforms. As you can tell by the tag these were never sold and most likely never will be. via Kenlu

Not to be outdone by its older, more famous sibling, the Jack Purcell from Converse is proving itself to be quite versatile. The Converse Jack Purcell Match-Point was originally released around the time of the US bicentennial as an update to the lowcut classic. Featuring a slimmer toebox with a strip down the middle that runs up to both sets of eyelets, these eschew the familiar capped toe look. Available in the white do-up above and a black and blue pair you can see after the jump, these are ready for you now at flauge.

Clarks Originals offer some of the dopest street-level boots today. Best known for their omnipresent Wallabee moccassin-toed chukka, Clarks’ Desert Boot is nothing to scoff at. Exclusive to Japan, this white leather take on the classic design fits the move toward subdued colours in light of the depressed economy. Whether it’s to save money or for some other reason, these are only available in sizes up to US 10.5. While this leaves your author out in the cold, those with more reasonably sized soles can cop these now at atmos.

I know what you were thinking: if New Balance were going to make a hybrid, why would they state it as though it were a collaboration? Well, fellow sneakerhead, that’s because 686 isn’t a NB runner, but rather a snowboarding apparel company who is, in fact collaborating with everyone’s favorite British running company. The 686-designed New Balance 580s feature yarn-dyed plaid panels, providing nice textures for these new black/blue and white/grey/red models. 686-branded mudguards and tongue tags round out the package for this upcoming pack. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for more pics and release info. via NiceKicks

Although the Dunk is central to Nike Skateboarding, the old school looks of the Blazer are perhaps more fitting for a shout out to the golden age skate scene. First we saw the Made for Skate super limited edition SB Blazer, and now there’s a new one in designed by Chicago skate legend Stevie “Dread” Snyder. Inspired by the Windy City’s municipal flag, these feature a crystal blue suede upper accented with a royal blue Swoosh and red lining. White laces and midsole bring it all together for a special Saturday, Feburary 28th release at Uprise in Chi-town. Fret not if you can’t make the event: select Nike SB accounts will receive shipments in mid-March. via HB // Wikipedia

Pharrell’s dual fashion label Billionaire Boys Club (BBC)/Ice Cream has become popular as a high-end destination for urban apparel enthusiasts since it was first introduced almost a decade ago. Along with dope clothing releases every season, BBC/Ice Cream manages to put together some fresh kicks to go with the somewhat exclusive threads. Better known for shoes is the Ice Cream side of the label, but ever now and then Pharrell decides to include some clean footwear in the BBC line.
Making it’s debut over at the BBC/Ice Cream fashion house is this Chuck Taylor-inspired canvas sneaker, adding another model to accompany the shoes that come under the BBC name. The shoe features an all canvas upper in a navy color with white speckles that give a starry night effect, touching on the common theme of “Space Beach” used in much of BBC’s apparel. Standard’s Atlanta location is said to have them now, but they should be available at BBC stores and select BBC retailers. via Clothejl

It used to be that collaborative sneaker efforts were reserved for the hottest streetwear companies. The market has broadened recently, and companies like Disney have gotten into the act, for better or worse. Snoopy was always a little cooler than Mickey Mouse, though, so we welcome this new release. The Ubiq Fatimas pictured above feature all-over comic cell prints featuring Charles Schultz’ ever popular beagle and the rest of the Peanuts gang. Whether you plan to dole out cheap advice or run toward an invariably-missing football, you’ll do well to cop a pair of these from atmos when they drop soon. Big up to Freshness!

The pair pictured above features outrageous orange, green and blue accents fit right into the ACG heritage while maintaining a modern edge. It seems like the designers at Nike Sportswear have been real busy coming up with a variety of schemes for everybody’s favorite Nike runners, especially considering all the samples we’ve seen this year. A Nike Air Max BW sample has recently surfaced featuring a black and purple colorway accented by iconic safari print and other features. The sole is broken up in two by a divide between the clean, white in the front and metallic silver used on the back half, around the Nike Air bubble. Black mesh material covers all the areas on the upper that aren’t adorned with shiny, black leather and a white Swoosh. What makes this sample pop is the subtle, purple used beside the lace eyelets and a safari print covered tongue. There is no word on when these will release, but stay tuned to Sneaker News for the latest. via breadtalker of SC Forums
