By 1996, Ken Griffey Jr. was already well on his way to becoming one of baseball’s all-time greats. The fame, fortune and glory were nice, but we all know there is nothing quite like getting your own signature Nike sneaker. Unfortunately, Griffey’s promising career was eventually derailed by a string of injuries and his potential record-shattering paces were slowed significantly, but at the end of the day, he’s still got the shoes. Now you can have them too. The popular Air Griffey Max 1 is finally back in the black and white colorway with Fresh Water green accents to show his then Seattle Mariner pride.
