Nike Air Trainer III LE Grey Volt Snakeskin

Last month, we gave you a sneak peek at this incredible new colorway for the Nike Air Trainer III, and now they’re beginning to hit the shelves. The Air Trainer III had a technical futuristic look when they were originally released in the early 90′s, and they still look more high-tech than most of today’s shoes. This version shakes things up even further. In addition to the striking grey/volt yellow color scheme, this Trainer III takes the flavor up a notch with the addition of snakeskin materials and a wild brushstroke-style design splashed across the upper section of the midsole. These are expected to begin arriving at select U.S. shops in early April, but mita has them in stock already.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium x Air Huarache Blue Green

This new Air Force 1 x Air Huarache hybrid may not be the first of its kind, but it very well could be the best colorway yet. This latest Premium incarnation features a similar design to the white on white version that we previewed back in December, but comes with some nice new touches. The mid panel behind the Swoosh uses a woven mesh fabric and the upper’s heel is constructed from a perforated material that appears to be the same as on the tongue and originally the classic Huarache sock-liner. The toe section keeps with the multi-material theme, using smooth royal blue leather. Aside from the solid blue upper, the shoe also features some bright green accents, a clean white sole and an extra pair of blue laces. Like on the other Huarache-inspired Air Force 1 models, you will notice the original Air Huarache tongue is included as well. You can pick up a pair for yourself now at atmos.

Jordan Jumpman Elite I White/Metallic Silver Black

We love the UNC-inspired joints and the wide array of colourways that have no referential significance beyond looking dope, but the Air Jordan (and consequently Jordan Brand as a whole) owes everything to its original Chicago Bulls-derived palettes.  Here we see another pair of Jordan Jumpman Elite Is reminiscent of MJ’s dominating days with Da Bulls.  These would be the playoff home edition: white midsole and extended toebox plus black outsole and textured nylon north of the white parts.  Throw in a metallic silver Jumpman on the inner and outer ankles along with silver-accented eyelets and these are strictly business.  If you’re ready to do some serious ballin’, these are available on eBay. Jordan Jumpman Elite I White/Metallic Silver Varsity Red

A while back, we got a look at a black and red pair of Jordan Jumpman Elite Is, and today we see another classic Chicago Bulls-inspired colourway.  These joints appear in the Bulls’ home colourway of white and red.  The toe, bottom side panel and sole are white, while a stripe on the midsole and all parts north of the white leather are red.  These come with white laces and feature a metallic silver Jumpman on the ankles for a nice pop.  An array of sizes are now available on eBay. Nate Robinson Nike Kryptonate Release Recap

Nate Robinson greeted fans and loyal sneakerheads on a green St. Patricks day in New York with an appearance at the House of Hoops in Harlem. Some of Nate Robinson’s (and of his Nike Foamposite Kryptonate sneakers) biggest fans waited for several days in front of House of Hoops for a chance to purchase a pair and hit a fever pitch when an announcement of Nate Robinson’s appearance to greet fans yesterday. The line outside although packed, was fairly orderly where each already had a number to get a pair. After a Q&A segment where Nate answered a number of questions on his ‘dunk’ and his sneakers, he spent sometime greeting fans and signing autographs for those who waited. Congrats again to Nate Robinson for the amazing Slam Dunk contest win.
