If you’re like us, when you saw last week’s preview of the Nike Zoom Fun Police, which fuses elements of some classic Nike basketball models, you probably couldn’t help but to fantasize about an Air Garnett III Retro release. Well, as usual, it looks like Nike is a step ahead of us, already putting an Air Garnett III comeback in the works. At a recent preview of upcoming fall/winter Nike releases, the kicks were on display and looking as good as we remembered. This black/blue colorway with the gradient effect on the blue sections turned a lot of heads when it was released ten years ago, and it will surely receive a warm Retro reception. Look for these to drop later this year and we’ll keep you posted when release details are confirmed. via NT.

looks like i’m going to have to break out my originals before they get re-released again, to get the full effect… I wonder if the re-release will have the “GARNETT III” on the tounge like the originals…

KG with three brands throughout his NBA career, came in the league rocking Nikes and Jordans..
..then turd got official and Nike laced him up with 3 different signature shoes for 3 seasons until…
…bouncing over to And1 and rocked crazy street swaaaaggggg and had himself 2 signature shoes under the brand…
…then he finally dumped And1 and went for better things at the three stripes.
How many NBA stars you know have had that many signature shoes under that many brands? Not many I’d say.
