We all know that PF Flyers can make you run faster and jump higher, but you might not know that they were, at one time, made for baseball. It’s not everyday that you see the re-issue of a shoe from 1940, but the PF Flyers SportShu is back and still looking pretty stylish. It sports the simplicity that you would expect to see from a 70 year old design, but features some very nice touches that really make it special. These sneakers feature contrast stitching, a beautiful rubber-patterned foxing on the midsole and the iconic PF Flyers logo tab on the heel. These classic samples of Japanese craftsmanship and baseball tradition will be available in very limited quantities in black and natural colorways beginning April 11th at Conveyer Fred Segal in Santa Monica.
