Last month, we gave you a look at the upcoming Neutral Grey/Green Mist colorway of Nike’s very well-received RT1 model. For those who are big appreciators of the extra-high cut sneaker craze, the RT1 provides a nice alternative to some similar higher priced models. If you missed out or were simply priced out of a pair of Air Yeezy’s, the Nike RT1 is a slightly simpler, but in many ways, just as stylish high top sneaker and you can get a pair for less than half the price of Kanye’s shoe. This version features various shades of grey and several different materials on the upper with some tasteful Green Mist accents. The RT1 sports a perforated tongue and toe box and a Safari print on the heel panel. This colorway is slated for release on May 1st, but you can get a pair early on eBay. Via 95Soleman

These are a lot similar to the Yeezy’s but I’m really feelin ‘em. i saw the black pair that was released only at Footaction this weekend. I might scoop but I don’t want to feel like I’m rockin’ the poor mans version of the Yeezy. ha!

YO!, if they put an Air Unit in these, it’s a motherhumping wrap! Throw in an Air Flight 89 (aka Jordan IV) sole or an Air Revolution Sole (aka Jordan III) even….i’d be leaking white magma./

i don’t know why everyone compares this model to the air yeezy. they dont look anything alike aside from the ankle. there is absolutely no similarity aside from that! cut that shit out already! the the yeezies are ugly as hell too. the RT1 looks way better. i know i can’t possibly be the only one that thinks the yeezies are nasty. stop following trends because you think wearing kanye’s shoes makes you a baller. they don’t! just because the price is high doesn’t make them fresh. fuck air yeezy! RT1 all damn day!

AGREE with #7…and why the hell do people compare these to the effing yeeezys they look NOTHING alike other than fact that they effing hi-tops…i like these WAY better as these are more like a hi-top trainer 1 than a hybrid bape roadsta/jordan III/ato with that footstrap thing…besides the yeezy “y” sh*t is whack as hell, if they release the yeezy w/o the “y” sh*t and better material on the strap i’ll MAYBE cop for the ridiculous price…yeezy is way overhyped…SMH…and those who think this looks like a supra…WTF?!?! other than the fact that its a hi-top and the back part…WTF reminds you a supra…the air trainer 1 BEEN had that sh*t in the back! eff a supra…

I like these better then the yeezys I got the black ones and I’m def looking forward to these joints like 7 said except for the ankle these can’t even compare to the yeezys they are fresher

i’m definitely feelin’ these, not too into supras but i like the super high futuristic look with some crisp denim, not with shorts though…

These are hella fresh..I like the Yeezys too though. I agree with 10, a mint green swoosh would turn these on but theyre still dope. Ill cop. I just cant get out the dough for some Yeezys off the ‘Bay. Portland gets no love when it comes to limited kicks like Yeezys, or any fly dunks. Were stuck with mainstream corporate stuff from the ES. 1′s and Air Maxs are the sickest things they ever get out here, and theres maybe two good boutiques.

these are fresh, def more crispy than black ones even though the black joints are pretty dope…going against the grain but i like the yeezy’s, very different…i’m on the black ones when they drop and these rt’s as well…ppl need to stop acting like its a crime to like yeezy’s and rt’s, both are fresh

I agree with Dominic for sure..the RT1 is way fresher than the Yeezy and the comparison is unjust. The yeezy looks like Nike are actually heading toward that way freaky lookin Nike high top that Doc Brown gave to Marty Mcfly in 2015, in Back To The Future 2.
