One of Nike Sportswear’s ideas is to mix the Nike heritage from the past with Nike innovation of today, this idea of creating hybrid products has become a reality with the newest Tier Zero Nike Sportswear release, the Nike Lunar Mariah TZ, which comes in a retro colorway of True White, Ultramarine, and Perfect Pink, similar to that of colorways of Nike Running shoes from the 1980’s. The Nike Lunar Mariah fuses the upper of the Air Mariah which was originally released by Nike in the late 1980’s with the LunaRacer outsole; the LunaRacer of course was introduced last year around the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The Nike Lunar Mariah is a perfect example of combining heritage with innovation. Available at select Nike Tier Zero retailers. Via Freshness
