Nike Zoom FP (Fun Police) Stealth White University Blue

We knew the Fun Police super-hybrid was dropping in a black pair with another in white, but this new model combines them for the best of both worlds.  The Nike Zoom FP (Fun Police) appears here in a dope stealth grey colourway.  This cool colour serves as the base for blue gradient mesh on the lower eyelets and ankles.  Put all that atop a white midsole riding an icey blue tranlucent outsole and these are right up there with the hottest releases for the summer.  You can cop these late-nineties throwbacks with free shipping both ways from Zappos.

Nike Air Structure Triax 91 Black Purple Aqua
Last month, we showed you a new Air Structure Triax in a nice white/turquoise/pink colorway that really captured that early 90′s feel from when they were originally released. Now another colorway has emerged, also with a 1991-looking color scheme. These kicks feature a black leather upper with white mesh showing through in numerous sections. A white Swoosh, outsole and lining are also included, but the show stealer is the bright purple and aqua accents that appear on the midsole, tongue and eyelet panels. This striking color combination gives the shoe an old school feel, but it fits right at home with many of today’s bold styles. If you have been appreciating the Air Structure Triax since its first go-around, you can find a pair of these updated classics now at End.

Asics Gel Lyte III Summer 2009

Asics has been on top of their game lately, dropping a number of fresh new colorways of some of their classic running models. We’ve recently shown you the “Super Blue” and “Lite-Brite” editions of the Gel Lyte III, as well as the return of the Gel Lyte Speed, and now it’s time to take a look at some more of Asics’ wild summer styles. The popular Gel Lyte III is back again in some bold summer colorways. One new version sports a grey/white base with bright orange and turquoise hihghlights. The other new Gel Lyte III features and even bolder teal/purple upper with sections of black on the toe box and tongue and additional white and yellow accents. Thanks to the Gel cushioning his lightweight shoe is also as comfortable as it is stylish and makes for a great warm weather choice. You can find both pairs right now at Hanon.

Nike Zoom LeBron VI Low White Grey

We’ve recently been showing you the Zoom LeBron VI Low in a variety of upcoming colorways. We already previewed this White/Grey model back in February, but now with their release approaching, we have some new images for you to check out. The shoe sports a super-clean white on white leather upper with just a hint of light grey on the heel and the translucent outsole. Much of the upper features small perforations and a script LeBron James signature appears on the grey section of the heel. Also, the LeBron lion logo that was featured on the tongue of the high model is now embossed onto the upper section of the heel on these. Although these are built for basketball, this white colorway also has the look of a stylish street shoe thanks to its simple design and overall crispness. Whether you want them for ballin’ or just chillin’, you can get a pair at select Nike retailers when they drop on May 6th. Via NikeLeBron.

Nike Air Max 3 (Air Garnett 3) Black Hyper Blue

Because Kevin Garnett is no longer with Nike, when his Air Garnett 3 sneaker is retroed later this year, it will be known as the Air Max 3, not the most creative replacement, but the shoe looks good, so we don’t mind. With the Air Garnett 3 providing much of the inspiration for the Zoom Fun Police model that we’ve been showing you, the time seems right to throw these back into the Retro mix. The shoe features a black leather and mesh upper with sections of nubuck filling in the gaps. The black midsole features Zoom Air technology as well as large visible Air bubble in the heel. The most notable attribute, however, has to be the Hyper Blue gradient effect that covers several sections of the upper. The only other major change besides the name, is that the “OBF” (Original Block Family) logo that used to appear on the sole has been removed, but surely, most of us will be able to look past that. The look and performance of this shoe made it an instant classic nearly a decade ago, and it will, no doubt, fly off the shelves when it is re-released this coming October. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

Nike Air Max 97 LUX LE Black @ NikeStore Europe

This is about as sleek as it gets.  The Air Max 97 already had swooping curves that place it amongst the smoothest runners we’ve seen, but this new treatment takes these clean lines to a new level.  The Nike Air Max 97 LUX LE uses a shiny material on the upper similar to the PlayStation 3 version, minus the iridescent effect.  These one-up those as well, with its simple contrast of this material against black mesh.  Twelve years old and somehow still managing to look futuristic, these are a can’t-miss.  Cop them now from NikeStore Europe.

Nike Air Max Light Black Grey White Orange NikeStore Europe
Here’s the other pair of Nike Air Max Lights we promised you earlier today.  These joints feature a similar black and grey base, but offer a few twists on the previous model.  These use white mesh on the toe and collar area, plus the midsole and tongue.  The extra white makes for a nice balance with the orange accents added in place of the other pair’s neon green.  As with that pair, you can cop these now from NikeStore Europe.

Nike Air Max Light Black Grey Neon Green NikeStore Europe
With its 20th Anniversary this year, the Nike Air Max Light has just dropped in some dope new colourways.  Here is the first of two we’ll have for you today.  As you saw on Tuesday, this pair in black, grey and neon green features a nice mix of leather, suede and mesh.  These might not be as high-tech as they were a score ago but they’ve aged so well that they look even better.  If you like this style, cop em now from NikeStore Europe.

Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High Tie Dye Sango

Last week, we showed you a look at the colorful Converse Skidgrip model that just dropped and now it looks like it will not be the only Converse shoe to get the rainbow treatment. This Chuck Taylor All-Star high-top uses the same tie-dye color technique, but switches things up a bit from the Skidgrip. The color pattern has been reversed on these so that the cool colors are on the outer half of the shoe and the warm colors cover the inner half. It appears that the same material was used with bright shades of pink blending with orange and purple on one side and a variety of blue shades intermingling with greens on the other. If you are looking for a wild spring style this time of year, you can pick up a pair of these now at Ripe.
