United Arrows x New Balance CM1500 + CM1700

Renowned Japanese retailer United Arrows is teaming up with New Balance once again to bring back two classic models in a very limited edition run. Back in February, we gave you a look at the United Arrows x New Balance 997.5, a classic style updated with some bold colors and new materials. In the case of this collaboration, they decided to stick to more traditional color schemes on the CM1500 and CM1700, giving them a real vintage New Balance look. The CM1500 features a grey suede upper with a white mesh toebox, while the CM1700 uses a similar color scheme but swaps the suede for smooth grey leather and the black accents for navy. Both models are expected to drop in very limited quantities at United Arrows on May 23rd.

Nike Zoom FP (Fun Police) White Varsity Red Black
What could be more fun than a throwback shoe that resembles a delicious cookie?  The Nike Zoom FP (Fun Police) was made of classic signature sneakers for the ballers featured in those memorable late 90′s commercials, but with colourways like this, it stands on its own merit.  These have a white leather upper with carbon fibre inserts on the lower eyelets and outer ankle area.  There’s a smattering of black, grey and red accents strewn about to give the shoe its overall feel, but the key design element is the Oreo-like speckled midsole.  You can cop these or the university blue pair now from Vault.

New Balance 1300 Tan Grey Pink Spring/Summer 09
New Balance has dug into their legendary sneaker archive once again to bring back the 1300 running model. The shoe was originally released in 1985 and was considered one of the top runners on the market at the time. This 1300 model features a suede upper with a nylon mesh underlay and is outfitted with New Balance’s Encap technology in the heel. This colorway brings some added zest to the shoe, dropping some hot pink accents on a tan suede upper with light grey woven mesh sections. Some touches of white around the “N” logo and towards the front of the midsole provide some additional highlights to the color scheme. If you are impressed with these, you can scoop up a pair now at colette.

Air Jordan Sneaker + Jersey Collection and More

There are collectors and then there are collectors. Kemp7USC recently showed off his impressive Air Jordan sneaker and jersey collection on Kenlu and it definitely deserves some recognition. This dedicated sneakerhead/Jordan appreciator has put together a mouthwatering stockpile of Jordan goods that includes multiple colorways of the first 23 Air Jordan models, as well as several Spizike versions. To add to that, he also has just about every team jersey that Michael has ever put on from Laney High School, to North Carolina, to the Chicago Bulls, to the All-Star and Olympic teams, to the Washington Wizards/Bullets and everything in between in home and away colors in many cases. In addition to his Jordan collection, there are a couple other random Nike shoes of interest in these pics, such as multiple pairs of Heineken Dunks and ten pairs of the very limited Nike Air Max CB Nelly edition. You can get a look at the entire collection after the jump, so take some time to appreciate what has no doubt been a long term labor of love for this focused collector.

Nike Air Hoop Structure Grey Metallic Silver White November 09

We have already shown you two upcoming colorways of Nike’s highly anticipated Air Hoop Structure and now we bring you a look at a third version of this intriguing creation. In what seems like an unlikely move, Nike has transformed their Air Structure Triax ’91 running shoe into a functional basketball high-top. As stated in previous posts, aside from the obvious Air Structure Triax ingredients, this sneaker also seems to borrow a few subtle touches from the Air Jordan VI, with the protruding ankle bubble right at the top of that list. This colorway uses a dark grey upper with white and metallic silver accents, as well as a translucent section of the outsole towards the front of the shoe. Look for these to hit select Nike retailers some time in November and in the meantime, stay tuned for more information on the Air Hoop Structure as it comes. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

Nike Air Max 95 Neutral Grey Photo Blue

The formula for creating popular Nike Air Max 95 models seems to be pretty simple. If Nike takes the classic Air Max 95 foundation of a black midsole with gradual shades of grey moving up the upper, and then add a new accent color to that, they will probably have another hit on their hands. We already saw this work like a charm on the Fresh Water edition as well as some other recent Retro-looking versions. This time around, its Photo Blue being added to offset the grey sections and there are also some crisp white lace loops and a white lining. These have a nice classic look to them and if you missed out on some of the previous Air Max 95 drops, you can make amends by picking up a pair of these now from JDsports.

Nike Blazer Low AC Grey Purple Velcro

The Nike Blazer Low AC followed in the footsteps of the Air Jordan 1 Low Velcro when the strappy shoes dropped in premium full grain leather back in January.  These laceless lowtops are back again, this time in smooth nubuck.  This pair opts for a steely grey upper with purple Swooshes, linings and tongue tags.  They do the AJ1 Velcro joints one better by adding a third strap to ensure a snug fit.  They’re set to drop at select Nike retailers in SE Asia soon and we’ll keep you posted on a possible stateside release.  via STREEThing
