So far, the Zoom Kobe IV has been a very well-received shoe, praised as much for its sleek, stylish design as for its low cut and revolutionary lightweight construction. Much to the delight of countless sneakerheads, one of the most talked-about colorways will finally be released for retail. The “Gold Mamba” edition that Kobe wore on Martin Luther King Day created quite a buzz in the sneaker world with its Laker color scheme, as well as the snake print around the ankle collar and the gradient coloring effect on the toe. Although a retail release was rumored, many of us were beginning to think the day would never come. Now it has been confirmed that this colorway will be released exclusively at House of Hoops this coming Friday, May 8th, so do what you’ve gotta do, because these will likely go fast.
