It seems that these days there are two trends that are becoming more and more popular in the sneaker industry, the first of course being the high top trend and the second being new brands entering the industry. While Rocawear may not be a new brand, it has only produced apparel and accessories up to this point, with the exception of a boot it released a few months back. Now the brand affiliated with Jay-Z will be releasing it’s own high top sneaker that looks to have taken different inspiration cues from a number of brands. The Rocawear R+ is believed to be a collaboration between Rocawear and Jay-Z. While the design looks to “knock off” other brands, the retail price should be relatively reasonable compared to other shoes.
