Most of Nike’s ACG revival has been re-releases of beloved models from the 90′s. That’s saying nothing about the quality of the new designs, which have been as futuristic and tech-packed as their predecessors were last decade. The new Nike ACG Air Salbis Mid GTX fits into the second category but borrows heavily on the former. A portmanteau of Sertig and Terra Albis, this 3/4-height trail boot also borrows the grid pattern from another Nike mashup. Don’t forget the waterproof Gore-Tex upper and Trail Frame suspension for those tough days on the mountain paths. These are set for a Fall 2009 release and you can check back with Sneaker News for updates. via SnkrFrkr

RAD! Totally RAD! Nice to see some new kicks that have potential. Black is always good but the grid pattern is a little over the top but another colorway may come out as well. Also what happened to these
