Fresh off two new colourways, one on each of the last two days, here’s another Air Jordan Flight 45. This pair was revealed early this month and we saw two sets of pictures during the first week. With a black design featuring red and cement grey accents, including the iconic elephant print, this pair is a perfect fit for the classic Chicago palette. Each of the other pairs we’ve seen had irregular perforations, and though the heel tab’s braille was clear on the red and white pair, we hadn’t put the two together until seeing this sample pair with deeper perfs. Anyone who knows American Sign Language should let us know what the side panels and toe say, and if the message is clear, you can cop a pair of these now on eBay. Pics via Sneakerhead1978

Now that we know the Air Jordan Force IV (AJF 4) is set to drop with the original mesh side panels in tact, let’s take a closer look. Though the mesh makes these much more like the original Air Jordan IV, these still feature enough differences to take note. Starting with the sole, which features a thick red stitch, these also borrow the Air Force 1′s perforated toe and also include the AJF-signature lacelock. Another noteable difference between the AJF4 and AJIV is the suede tongue (the OG IVs had a mesh tongue). Any way you slice it, these are sure to be a coveted upon their September release and we’ll bring you many more pictures, including new colourways, here on Sneaker News. via 52Xie
You can also get a pair now from 95soleman on eBay.

Nike has been on the cutting edge of training shoe design and innovation for over 20 years, and now to pay homage to their rich heritage, they have combined some of their classic design elements with new technological advancements to create a Trainer for the growing demands of today’s top athletes. Last week, Nike unveiled their eagerly anticipated new Nike Trainer 1 model at the Nike Knows Training Summit at UC Irvine in California. To spice up the event, Nike invited some of their biggest name athletes to answer some questions and to join some local students in a training workout. Several top performers in their respective sports like Adrian Peterson, Troy Polamalu, Amar’e Stoudemire, Brandon Roy, Bryan Clay and Matt James were on hand to join in the fun, and of course to show off their own personalized Trainer 1′s. Be sure to keep reading after the jump for an inside look at the event, the Nike Trainer 1 and a display of classic Nike Trainer models and ad campaigns. Via Freshness.

While Nike pushes the Blazer to give its workhorse a respite, ALIFE is still working a Dunk-like silhouette for another edition of the Everybody Mid Parachute. This edition of the nylon sneaker features a simple black and white colourway that’s spruced up by yellow accents plus polka dots on the laces and midsole. As with all midsoles, these come with extra laces. In this case, they’re simple white or black, allowing you to tone down the dotted vibe. These should drop at select ALIFE retailers soon, but you can cop ‘em now from Cap Collector One.

There has been a lot of Trainer buzz in the Nike world lately thanks to the recent unveiling of the Nike Trainer 1, and to coincide with the debut of the newest Trainer model, Nike is bringing us a new colorway of one of the classics that paved its way. This Air Trainer III sports a very clean look with a predominantly white leather upper that sports some perforations on the toe box and midpanel. The white base is offset by some scattered light grey accents, including a section of textured grid pattern around the eyelets. The only real color comes by way of a rich orange patent leather Swoosh that really pops in contrast to the light foundation colors. These Air Trainer III’s are expected to hit select Nike retailers at the end of the month, so keep your eyes peeled for this nice crisp pair of summer kicks and be sure to check out some detailed close-ups after the jump.

Reebok has been doing a good job this spring of getting some of their classic Pump models back into the spotlight. You may have recently seen our previews of a new colorway of the Pump Court Victory II and the Insta Pump Fury installment of the Courier Pack, and now it’s time for another overlooked model to join the party. The AXT Side Pump Trainer offers the same technology, but with a very different look. These kicks sport a Pump mechanism on the side of the upper instead of the tongue, giving them a sleeker look, but still providing the same custom fit and support capabilities. This Reebok AXT Side Pump Trainer features a white leather/mesh upper with black and neon yellow accents, including a solid neon midsole. This colorway definitely looks pretty crisp and has some major retro appeal. If you’re a fan, you can pick up a pair now at Dr. Jays.

Vans put out quite a few packs in collaboration with superstar rock bands over the last year and now they’re going to work with some legends of contemporary American art. We already saw their Rick Griffin-inspired kicks from the Vault collection and today we see the Chukka Mid and Era that draws from (is drawn on?) by Robert Williams. They feature a black forefoot and tongue, while the rest is a red/white checkerboard pattern with comic cells drawn over the top. Both this pack and another featuring work from fellow Zap Comix illustrator Robert Crumb will drop sometime soon, so stick with Sneaker News for updates. via HS

Visvim has made its name by adding distinctive twists to classic styles and this newest collection is a perfect example. The Visvim Beuys Trekker Mini-Folk takes the classic Wallabee-like moccasin toed chukka and adss a few tasty touches. These four pairs each follow the same formula: rich suede upper with irregular toebox shaping to enhance the handmade look, a plastic cup on the heel in an accent colour and the same colour replicated on the embroidery of an otherwise white tongue tag. All of them also feature the Clarks’ signature crepe soles, but these look a bit stiffer than the OG Wallabees. There are three pairs in various shades of brown and another in black. The lightest brown pair features purple accents while the others have red and the black pair opts for blue. All three of these are ready now at F.I.L. via HB

Even though his Houston Rockets were just bounced from the NBA Playoffs after a tough seven game series during which the 7 foot-6 inch center broke his foot, Yao Ming remains the most popular baller in the world’s larges nation. Capitalizing on his popularity, Reebok is releasing the ATR Make It Rain Yao Ming Edition exclusively in China. This heavily vented midtop baller is perfect for Yao’s finesse style and features his crest on the tongue of a black, red, white and grey design. Along with the sneakers, RBK is dropping five new Yao-inspired tees. No word yet on a stateside release, so stick with Sneaker News for updates. via Kenlu
