Nike Trainer 1 Detailed Photos + Sketches

Having released in a limited special edition Nike Trainer 1 the day before Manny Pacquiao’s resounding victory over Ricky Hatton two weeks back, the new Nike Trainer 1 is ready for an official unveiling.  Drawing on 20 years of cross-traning experience, Beaverton designed this new model using many of their innovative technologies.  The upper resembles the original Air Trainer, but updates the design with Flywire on the side panels.  Trainer 1′s sole is a mixture of Max Air in the heel area and a flexible Free-style forefoot with DiamondFLEX traction and a pivot point on the ball area for superior turns.  Check out some of the original sketches and other photos after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for release info.  via FRESHNESS

Nike RT1 White Purple

Many believe the Nike RT1 borrowed some of its flavor from the irrepressible Air Yeezy, but this newest pair clearly borrowed a palette from recent Dunks.  These joints feature a mix of pebbled, perforated and buttery smooth full grain leather.  These textures give the all white upper nice depth, while purple on the laces, outsole, tongue tag and lining complete the smooth summer look.  These are available now at select Nike Sportswear retailers as well as eBay.

Nike Air Max 90 Premium x Huarache White Mean Green Varsity Royal

Aspects of the classic Huarache have been popping up on several Air Force 1 and Air Max 90 lately and now we have a look at the latest Nike shoe to pay tribute to the beloved running shoe. Last week, we showed you another Air Max 90 that adopted some Huarache attributes, but this White/Mean Green/Varsity Royal colorway screams Huarache even louder. The kicks feature a white leather upper with a mesh toe box and blue and green accents throughout. Aside from the color scheme, the most notable Huarache nods come by way of the neoprene ankle section and perforated tongue that are inspired by the original Huarache sock liner. If you like what you see, you can pick up a pair now on eBay and be sure to check out some more pics after the jump.  Photos: ID4SHOES.

Nike Dunk High GS Optimus Prime
We’ve seen plenty of Transformers-inspired Nikes, but these are perhaps the most fully realized yet.  The Nike Dunk High GS appears above in a combination of patent leather and metallic silver leather that reminds your author of his beloved die-cast Optimus Prime circa 1988.  The blue patent leather on the toe and side panels features flames that perfectly match the tongue and ankle collar.  Toss in an Autobot insignia with wings on the tongue tag and Megatron has some serious competition.  Available in a run of small sizes (US 7Y and below), you can cop these now from eBay.

DQM + Huf + Kicks/HI x Vans Half Cab 3 Feet High Pack Detailed Photos

If this picture looks familiar, that’s because you already saw it.  Revealed earlier this week in the form of a magazine scan, the latest Vans 3 Feet High Pack appears here in detailed photos.  The second edition of this quartet contains one edition of Steve Caballero’s midtop from DQM, Huf and Kicks/HI.  In the new pictures, we can see that DQM and Huf’s editions have co-branded tags on the midsole’s heel, while Kicks’ pair features their logo alone.  All three of these are set to drop next month and even though you already know a few of the stores that will have ‘em, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.  via SnkrFrkr

Nike Tennis Classic Vintage Fall 09

We’ve already shown you some nice looks at the Vintage versions of Nike’s Tennis Classic model and now it appears that two new colorways will be arriving this coming fall. While the previous Vintage Tennis Classics models that we previewed all stuck to traditional-looking colorways, these new ones add some bolder flavor to the shoe. There will be a white on white version with a neon green lining, heel panel and laces and a black on black that uses the same color blocking, but swaps in a bright red for the accents. Both colorways sport worn and yellowed midsoles and perforated Swooshes. Watch out for these when they hit select Nike retailers this fall. Via HighSnobiety.
