Nike Hypermax Black Silver

Black on black is one of the more popular colourways for basketball sneakers of late.  Though these miss the ‘triple black’ label because of silver inside the full-length Air bubble, the latest Nike Hypermax is sure to have its fair share of fans.  Everything beyond the midsole is tonal black, including stripes on the ankle strap that match the Flywire spines.  These are both figuratively and literally a hot look for summer, especially on-court, and you can grab a pair today from FinishLine.

ALIFE Everybody Mid Pro + High America + High Cross Canvas

The picture above is only one of four new drops from ALIFE, but it certainly typifies the entire bunch.  Each member of this quartet of ALIFE Everybodys features a black upper.  Dispite this similarity, three of them are quite different.  We say three because two of the four are black leather incarnations of the Everybody Mid Pro, with one each for men and women.  The remaining pairs include a rear quarter-patched Everybody High America and the crossword puzzle-like Everybody High Cross Canvas, which is a ladies-only run.  All of these can be his and/or hers from ALIFE accounts, including Huf.

Air Jordan 1 High Strap GS Blue Pink White
Jordan Brand has been showing the ladies lots of love this year in the form of GS-only releases that make most men jealous.  Here’s another stunner in that vein, the Air Jordan 1 High Strap GS.  This one has something of an early 90′s feel to it, with an electric blue nylone upper and bright pink accents.  A pink plastic lacelock features flowy script that we can’t quite make out (do you happen to know what it says?)  The white midsole and stripes on the ankle strap do a nice job of grounding this otherwise blinding palette.  Their official stateside release date remains a mystery, but you can pre order them in advance of a June 13 drop from atmos, starting June 1st.

Nike Air Max+ 2009 Neutral Grey Metallic Silver Blue Sapphire

Ever since the first colorways dropped at the beginning of April, the Nike Air Max+ 2009 has been one of the most well-received Air Max models in quite a while. With all the hunger for Retro Air Max’s, it’s nice to see that there are still some fresh new styles coming out of Beaverton. The shoe features a sleek design and uses a healthy dose of cris-crossing Flywire to make sure that they are lightweight and performance-ready. A 360 Air sole unit provides maximum cushioning and comfort and they are outfitted with Nike+ technology, so you can hook up to your iPod while running. This latest colorway sports a Neutral Grey/Metallic Silver upper with Black, White and Sapphire Blue accents. The shoe has a very slick appearance with a metallic shine that fits in nicely with its futuristic aesthetic. If you have been waiting for a new color of the Air Max+ 2009, these are available now at Sneakerhead and you can catch a few more looks at them after the jump.

Nike ACG Morizaba Fall 2009

If you subscribe to Sneaker Freaker, this one needs no introduction.  The Nike ACG Morizaba graced the Aussie periodical’s fifteenth cover (on newsstands now) and its early 90′s back to the future look is sure to have sneakerheads drooling.  The Morizaba vaguely resembles the immortal Terra Humara (especially the midsole), but adds Flywire, a Trail Frame suspension and 3M reflective material on the toes.  These are set for a Fall 2009 release, so stick with Sneaker News for updates.

New Balance for Nine West Fall 2009 Collection

We’ve seen several sneaker companies offer crazy looks for ladies over the past year and these would have to be right up near the top.  The New Balance for Nine West Collection includes four models that have been heavily modified.  The legendary 410 runner sticks to patent leather for its low-profile design, while the Kiki features a strappy forefoot overlay.  There are two new hightop models, one of which offers studded accents and a mid-ankle strap, while the other is a canvas comic book-like illustration.  These are set to drop in September at all Nine West retail locations plus their website.  via nitro:licious

Nike Blazer Air Force 1 iK

In a surprising twist, Nike’s Innovation Kitchen has put out an other interesting sneaker mash-up this time using a Nike Blazer Sole with a Nike Air Force 1 upper. Everything is kept fairly simple with the icy translucent sole, the upper is white with perforated leather on the toebox, side panels, swoosh and lining. No other info was available from Nice Kicks who posted this earlier today.

Nike WMNS Air Rift Black Snake White Purple Slate

With the weather heating up, you’re probably looking for ways to simultaneously stay stylish and cool (literally).  Enter the Nike WMNS Air Rift.  This throwback from the early nineties originally came with socks that matched the ‘foot-mitten’ design that separates the big toe from its comrades to facilitate a more natural feel.  This new pair is toned down in a simple black and white colourway, but the design is sure to catch people’s attention.  These are available now from Sneakerhead.

Nike ACG Air Salbis Mid GTX Fall 2009

Most of Nike’s ACG revival has been re-releases of beloved models from the 90′s.  That’s saying nothing about the quality of the new designs, which have been as futuristic and tech-packed as their predecessors were last decade.  The new Nike ACG Air Salbis Mid GTX fits into the second category but borrows heavily on the former.  A portmanteau of Sertig and Terra Albis, this 3/4-height trail boot also borrows the grid pattern from another Nike mashup.  Don’t forget the waterproof Gore-Tex upper and Trail Frame suspension for those tough days on the mountain paths.  These are set for a Fall 2009 release and you can check back with Sneaker News for updates.  via SnkrFrkr
