Pictured above is the special edition Nike Zoom Kobe IV that ‘the Black Mamba’ wore yesterday and will rock again during Saturday night’s Game 2 of the NBA Finals. The white and purple shoe has gold accents, but what makes this one special is the Sharpie-like scribbles on the ankle collar and toe. Most notable of these markings is the ‘61′ on the outer ankle, commemorating his prolific output at Madison Square Garden earlier this year. Fuck me, I avoid spoilers throughout the whole playoffs, and for the first game of the Finals I come here and there it is. The Playoffs are at 4.00am my time, so my only option is to watch them the following day after work, and I guess a lot of people in Europe are in the same boat.
