In the world of sneakers today there seem to be two classes of enthusiasts: the quick and the dead. Well if you were one of the lucky few “quick” folks baffled by the non-release of the Net/Net Air Yeezy on Friday night, you were certainly online refreshing like a madman last night. Friday night “funny” things occurred on the mysterious link that circulated forums, Zen Grey Yeezys appeared as “out of stock” and rumors that Black/Black Yeezys became available for a few moments coarsed through the internet like a hit of morphine, leaving forum dwellers in a daze: to believe or not believe. Well believe it folks, Friday night Black/Black Yeezys became available and some lucky few with triggers fingers itchier than Dirty Harry copped instantly. But wait, the madness doesn’t stop there! How many people knew that yesterday was Kanye West’s birthday? If you knew that little fan-fact, then you could also assume that Nike had one last trick up their sleeve! Yes indeed Nike seldom dissapoints but always seems to issue disinformation. Although their customer support center denied the release of the Net/Net colorway on NikeStore.com at precisely 10:30 PM PST last night, right about the time Kanye probably began celebrating his super-celebrity born date, the Net/Net Air Yeezys made their appearance on NikeStore. No word on just how many released. But after looking back at the fiasco one thing is for certain: Nike will ALWAYS be sneaky.

Yea people, I was up last night refreshing. Called my people and had a hunch since yesterday was Yeezy’s birthday. But even I was not fast enough. I had to write this post though just to share my pain with the world! LOL
If you got the link, keep refreshing tho, alot of orders got cancelled cuz people tried to beast out and cop multiples.

Oh yea, Nike confirmed this info:
They had roughly 50 pairs Some were able to cheat the system and get multiples using diff cc’s (Billing address doesnt matter)
If you used the same CC, all pairs would be cancelled except for your first pair

FUCK YOU NIKE!!!! WE ARE ALL SO SICK OF THE BULLSHIT!!! Nike would rather lay people off and leaving them without jobs and keep making there shoes virtually impossible to get. Instead they should be making enough pairs of their shoes that are loved by all to make them a general release. Makes more sense for a company to sell lots of product that everyone wants. They are losing millions of dollars every time they make a shoe limited like the yeezy and all the house of hoops releases. AGAIN, FUCK YOU NIKE!!!!

nike.com is the worst company ever… i don’t even try to shop exclusives there most of the time because they always cancelled my order… f nike and everyone need to speak up… i could care less about the yeezy whenever i get a chance i will cop it if not oo well they can keep their shoes…

I have all 3 colorways, except the Tan joints are not my size.(they are a 10.5) I was on the phone with Special Order yesterday! I had to voice my complete disgust with their size runs! They will make half sizes up to 11.5. That’s fine, but who’s ass do I have to kick to get a 14US. When the Zen’s dropped 2 pairs came to GA at Walter’s! For the Blk and the Tan, 0 to the best of my knowledge. If a 13 comes to spot it won’t even hit the sales floor. I know its a comp between Heads, Resellers, and HypeBeasts! Now you have to fight Celebs! (That do songs with his ass!) Weezy brought 3 pair of the Blk joints at a spot in ATL! WTF! Why don’t someone in your camp pick up the Damn Crackberry and do their job! They weren’t my size , but that’s not the point. That’s 3 less to hit the street. A Head just became a reseller and so on! Yes I have two out of three that I can rock. But, the Tan joints made me want to buy in the 1st place! Now I have to sell the joints I really wanted Damn!

One thing about American business that I will never get…why would a company intentionally short something people want. That’s cutting their own throat. Personally, I don’t care for the Yeezy but others do and Nike would make much more $$ on it if they didn’t play games with the #’s available.

The one time I’m not camped at my computer they drop, typical. It’s not like they’d still be available by the time I clicked “submit order” anyway, like what happened to me with the XX3 Premiers and Eminem IIs. At least these can be copped for under or near $500 and aren’t going for over $800 like the black/pinks.
Anyone know if Nike plans to release any other colorways? Maybe they’ll get the hint and release more.
