Those kids down on Rivington St. just don’t quit. This time, they’re following suit of the newest trend and adding their collaborative touch to a Frankenstein design. The newest ALIFE Rivington Club x Saucony effort combines a Jazz upper with the Shadow sole. Had you never seen either of these before, this would look like a plausible design all to itself, and the simple colour schemes compliment the new mashup nicely. Both feature A.R.C.’s signature diagonally-striped tongue tag, and neither will tell us when they’re set to drop. Stick with Sneaker News for updates.

The Nike Air Footscape has seen some beautiful releases designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara recently, but these ‘standard’ joints might be the most impressive. The Nike Air Footscape appears above in a stunning mix of purple and bright pink/red. The white midsole does a great job of balancing this stark contrast, while the dual-coloured laces bring the whole thing together quite nicely. These are available now at select Nike Sportswear retailers including ALIFE Rivington Club and ebay if you can’t find them locally. Photos: Crazyforsneaker. Also Available at Nikestore.com.

UPDATE: Click here for more: Air Jordan 2010 – Officially Unveiled
UPDATE 2: November 11th, 2009
Jordan Brand officially announced their 25th Aniversary AIR JORDAN 2010 shoe today after months of rumors and speculation on second sneaker to come after Jordan ended their numbered legacy series with the Air Jordan XX3.
The sneaker celebrates a quarter-century of innovative design and genre-inspiring style, Jordan Brand created the AIR JORDAN 2010 to pay respect to the legacy of Michael Jordan in basketball while passing on the heritage of the sport to the talented Team Jordan athletes, such as Dwyane Wade, who will be the first to debut the AIR JORDAN 2010 during the 2010 NBA All Star Game.
Acclaimed shoe designers Tinker Hatfield, Vice President of Special Projects/Design for NIKE and Michael Jordan teamed up with Jordan Brands new Creative Director Mark Smith, to design the AIR JORDAN 2010. The sneaker takes the literal interpretation of Jordan’s ability to see through his opponents by creating the Brand’s first see-through performance basketball shoe featuring a unique transparent thermoplastic urethane (TPU) window.
To assist all basketball players’ game while wearing the shoe, Hatfield and Smith also designed the AIR JORDAN 2010 with a revolutionary new concept to performance basketball footwear – a layered toe construction that has an independent forefoot support cover. This innovative design technique allows the AIR JORDAN 2010 to mimic an actual foot’s flexibility and movement without being restricted by the shoe’s structures, assisting in a player’s ability to be more agile in the game.
Jordan Brand launches the AIR JORDAN 2010 nationwide on Saturday, February 13, 2010 for a suggested retail price of $170.

Wakka wakka wakka. It’s official: Nike has full-blown PacMan fever. Hot on the heels of May’s Ms. Pacman SB Dunk Low, here’s the first look at a new Nike SB Dunk High. This one is inspired by Mr. PacMan, and includes the same Premium treatment as his wife’s colourful edition. These are slightly less eye-popping than the bright predecessor, but they still feature a bright colourway that resembles the possible Simpsons Dunk High we saw earlier today. No word yet on a release for these, so stick with Sneaker News for updates. via Colmilludo.

The Nike Trainer 1 Legacy Pack provides a double-shot of the Swoosh’s best cross-training efforts. The original Air Trainer 1 dropped twenty years ago in response to increasing demand for versatile training sneakers. They featured a signature midfoot strap for extra lateral stability, perfectly complimenting athletic jacks of all trades like Bo Jackson. With the advent of Flywire, Beaverton could repackage the spirit of the AT1 in a new, strapless design that features a visible Air bubble and Free sole. The Legacy Pack includes both in a dope white, black, grey and chlorophyll colourway, but they sold out on the spot. These are rumored to be limited to under 200 paicks so if you are looking for a pack now, your best bet is eBay, otherwise take a look at the detailed photos after the jump. Photos: ACE21985.

We’ve already shown you a bunch of Dunk models from the Nike’s upcoming East vs. West project by DJ Clark Kent and Eddie Cruz. This latest offering is also reppin’ for the East and is arguably the best colorway we’ve seen in this series. The kicks sport a variety of premium-looking materials and earthy shades of green on the upper, and like some of the other East vs. West Dunks, they also feature a speckled print on the brown midsole. Similar to the Swan/Volt Dunk High from a few weeks ago, these also have the hat with legs and a stop-watch character on the insole. This fresh Dunk High is slated for a December release, so be sure to check out some more pics after the jump while you’re waiting. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

By now, we’ve all seen a ton of colorways of the Zoom Kobe IV, but they keep killing it with more and more. Before you get too excited, the above shoe is probably not ever going to see a retail release. It’s an exclusive PE promo sample in Kobe’s size 14. The shoe features a China colorway like the Hyperdunk and many other kicks worn during last summer’s Olympics in Beijing. This Zoom Kobe IV sports a red upper with black and gold accents and a Carpe Diem tongue logo with a gold bull graphic. A clear white outsole rounds out the look of this stunning sneaker, helping this to be arguably one of the best colorways yet. This sample pair is up on eBay now, so if you want to add this great piece to your collection, you best not hesitate. Via Kenlu.

The Nike Blazer has seen its fair share of colorways lately and from the looks of it, there’s plenty more in store. Here is a look at some of the upcoming spring 2010 Blazer Mid models. There are three different colorways so far in the collection. A grey and red model both use a netted mesh material for the upper with contrasting accents on the lining and tongue. The third model keeps it a little more basic, using a nice leather upper with a black on black color scheme and a clean white midsole. Based on what we are seeing here, it looks like the Blazer will keep going strong. Stay tuned for the latest info on these and more in the coming months and for now, you can get a closer look after the jump. Via CultureShoq.

Jordan Brand has gradually been sticking their feet in the skate shoe game, and so far, the Flipsyde has been the centerpiece. The shoe obviously borrows elements of the Air Jordan III design, but modifies it for a skate performance and look. This upcoming version takes even more cues from the Air Jordan III, using the iconic White/Cement/Red colorway, complete with Elephant print and all. In an interesting addition, these kicks also feature a Jordan VII-like tongue with red accents. The shoe will be hitting stores in September, but for now, you can see some more pics after the jump.
