Not too long ago, we gave you a preview of some of the basketball models that will be making their way into Nike’s Spring 2010 lineup and now it seems that there will be a bunch more kicks joining in the fun. We already showed you the Hyperdunk Low, but there will also be five new models debuting next spring. Among them will be high cut performance models like the Huarache 2010 and the Air Max Turnaround as well as the Air Pippen-inspired Zoom Flip’N. Also included will be Kevin Durant’s second signature Nike shoe, the KD II, and a new low cut shoe called the Zoom Speed Low. We will have more photos and info as the releases begin to near, but for the time being, you can get a closer look at all these kicks in multiple colorways after the jump. Via NT.

Nike and Eddie Cruz of UNDFTD have teamed up together to work on a pack of Dunk’s and Air Force 1′s. Here is a detailed looked at Eddie’s Dunk High Supreme “West” that is inspired by the LA Dodgers colors of Royal Blue, White, and a bit of Red. This collaboration with Cruz is a part of the larger pack of “East vs. West” shoes that Nike worked on with Eddie Cruz (West) and DJ Clark Kent (East). This Eddie Cruz (UNDFTD) Dunk High Supreme features various details such as the fine fischcale-esque leather used on the shoe’s upper, the Nike West emblem on the shoe’s tongue, and the West mascot/graphic on the insole. These will be come the fourth quarter of 2009 or you can pick up a pair of size 9 samples on ebay now.

Known sneakerhead DJ AM can always be found rocking a fresh pair of kicks, but according to a Twitter message that he posted last night, he is taking his love of sneakers to the next level. If you’re reading this right now, you’ve probably always dreamed of creating your own Nike shoe, and it looks like DJ AM is actually getting to do it. Not a whole lot is known about the collaboration, but if there have already been samples produced, hopefully it won’t be long before we get a look at the DJ AM Dunks. Stay tuned for more information as it begins to leak.

Do you see the resemblance above? On one hand, the colours and striping are identically coloured. On the other hand, the guitar features stripes of varying widths and are mostly white, whereas the midsole of the Nike Dunk Low evenly mixes black and white stripes of even widths. Nike normally goes out of its way to avoid legal issues, but trouble has erupted as Eddie Van Halen alledges “irreparable harm and damage,” for violating his trademark on the signature ‘Frankenstein’ guitar. Nike insists that they “have not infringed on any rights held by Mr. Van Halen,” reminding us that, “Nike’s Dunk shoe design is not substantially similar to any of the Van Halen designs, and Nike has not referenced the ‘Van Halen’ name or image as part of any marketing campaign or promotional material associated with the shoe.” Interesting stuff here, so you know Sneaker News will keep you up to date with the latest developments. via TheVine

Similar to the head-turning Yellow women’s Air Force 1 that we showed you yesterday, another fresh women’s colorway is on the way. This version also uses the same metallic snakeskin material on the upper, this time swapping the Gold for Metallic Silver. Aside from the areas covered by the Silver snakeskin, the rest of the shoe is almost entirely White, even down to the sole and Swoosh, giving this shoe an extremely crisp look with some subtle flavor. These kicks are expected to hit the States next month, but 1st-Sneaker has some in stock already.

Though Andruw Jones’ power numbers have fallen off a cliff since 2005 (we won’t even speculate as to why), his shoe game is still as tough as ever. The Air Jordan Force V (AJF 5) cleat pictured above was made for Jones last year when he played for the LA Dodgers. Interestingly enough, all of the teams he’s ever played for have blue, red and white uniforms, so these would work just as well for him now that he’s a Texas Ranger. They feature his OG Milwaukee Brewers-like insignia on the inner heel and ’25′ on the outer section. You can cop this Andruw Jones PE in US mens size 11.5 from eBay. Photos via ISC

A lot of sneakerheads have some little sneakerheads in training running around the house, and it’s never a bad idea to get them started young. Jordan Brand is hoping to get the youngsters hooked early and this cool new package is a good start. For starters it contains a pre-school sized Air Jordan 1-based shoe with black/white/red patent leather uppers and a no-lace elastic design for easy on/off. The best part though, is that the mini-kicks come in a super-cool black lunch box with a cartoon Air Jordan illustration and an Elephant print handle. On behalf of the older sneakerheads, let us just say ‘where was this stuff when we were kids?’ You can make up for it by hooking up the pre-schoolers in your life by picking up a pair at FinishLine. Thanks to Rob for the info.

With Nike going back to basics recently in their Air Force 1 colorways, this women’s model flaunts one of the boldest looks that we’ve seen in a while. These kicks sport a combination of materials on the upper with some sections using smooth yellow leather and others covered in a shimmering, almost iridescent, gold snakeskin material. The shoe also feature a yellow midsole and gold outsole as well as a white Swoosh and laces. This Air Force 1 is scheduled for an August 22nd release in the States, but you can get a pair now at 1st-Sneaker.

Nike’s Air Penny line has made a huge comeback over the last few months with numerous Retro drops and the introduction of the 1/2 Cent hybrid model. As much as folks were happy to see all these kicks return to stores, there was still something missing for some, but that will soon be taken care of. After releasing several Air Penny II colorways already, Nike will finally be re-releasing the beloved White/Atlantic Blue colorway that originally debuted in 1996. There is no word yet on when these will hit stores, but rest easy knowing that they’re on the horizon. Stay tuned for more info on the Air Penny II and you can take a look at a number of detailed images after the jump. Via SoleCollector.

We just showed the Quai 54 edition of the Jordan Element and we also have some great new pics of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High model. Also from the Ruff N Tuff collection, the Air Jordan 1 was selected to help the Element in celebrating the Quai 54 streetball tournament. The shoe sports a Laser Blue crackled full-grain leather upper with Black accents and a White tongue that flaunts a special Quai 54 tongue label. Some other nice touches include a White speckled “concrete” midsole and a wild pattern on the lining that is also found inside the transparent outsole.
Like the Element, these kicks were originally rumored to not be released in the U.S., but word has just come down that they will also be available as a limited edition release at House of Hoops on Saturday, June 20th. If you need help making up your mind, you can view some nice detailed shots after the jump. Via Freshness.
