Nike Air Max 1 Premium Chien Ming Wang

Nike is honoring NY Yankees pitcher Chien-Ming Wang with his own pair of Nike Air Max 1. Chien-Ming Wang originally from Taiwan pitched in the very first game at the new Yankee Stadium and is currently expecting his first child so his own Air Max 1 will be icing on the cake for the pitcher. The sneaker is made from the the same premium leather as a baseball glove but instead of the usual brown leather, this sneaker features premium white baseball glove leather. Other nice details include his number, #40 on the inner tongue, a play on an image of a pitch into his surname “王” on the top side of the tongue and of course gold baseball like stitching through out the sneaker. Look for this sneaker at Nike Taiwan retailers on Friday, July 10th with a limited worldwide release later on. Via Freshness

Nike Hypermax NFW McFly Edition Detailed Images
We’ve already shown you numerous previews of the upcoming McFly Hypermax NFW, but sneakerheads can’t seem to get enough of these, so here’s an even better look. On Thursday, we gave you a peek at the glow in the dark aspects of these kicks and now it’s time to explore the finer details with the lights on. For starters, the closeup pics give a great view of the Silver satin material that covers the upper and as you can see, the Swoosh on the outer half of the shoe is White patent, but the one on the inner half is embroidered. As noted in earlier posts, like the Tennis Ball edition, these kicks have no Flywire which is indicated by the “NFW” in the model name. You can get an up close and personal look at the beautiful speckled midsole as well as the tongue branding and strap and you can also see the wild 80′s-looking graphics that cover the insoles. The McFly Hypermax NFW is expected to hit select Nike retailers next month in very limited quantities, so be sure to check back for the latest on the specific release info. Via Kix-Files.

Air Jordan Dub Zero Black Varsity Red White Release Reminder

In this hybrid-happy day and age, the Jordan Dub Zero has once again gotten a chance to shine with several new colorways having recently been released. The latest Dub Zero is this Black/Varsity Red version. It sports a very slick look and whenever a Jordan shoe is dipped in that Chicago Bulls color scheme, it always seems just a little bit fresher than the rest. These kicks also feature black on black graphics on the midsection, giving them a more conservative look than some other bolder Dub Zero models. If you’ve had your eye on these since we first previewed them, be aware that they will be hitting select Jordan retailers today as a limited release. If you can’t find them in stores, there are still some pairs floating around eBay.  Via StepToRun.

Nike Womens Legend White Neo Turquoise Tour Yellow

The Nike Legend was originally introduced as a basketball shoe in the early 1980′s and it definitely bears certain similarities to other Nike models of its era such as the Air Force 1 and Terminator. Like those other classics, the shoe’s design is still relevant in today’s sneaker game as a lifestyle model and Nike has recognized that fact by re-releasing the Legend in some new colorways. This womens’ model features a clean White leather upper with sections of textured leather on the Swoosh and heel panel. The crisp White base is accented by a Neo Turquoise Swoosh and laces and additional spots of color can be found on the Tour Yellow heel tab and tongue label as well as the Purple outsole. Ladies who are feeling these kicks can find a pair now on eBay. Photos: ID4SHOES.

Nike SB Spring 2010 Preview

After a slight lull in excitement, Nike SB has recently come back strong with a slew of new releases to get sneakerheads buzzing again. As we look ahead to 2010, the Nike SB line looks to have some more heat waiting on deck. As always, the Dunk will be the driving force behind the upcoming collection with multiple colorways of the Low, Mid and High models. Joining the Dunks will be a new yellow suede Blazer Mid with royal blue accents, as well as a khaki/brown Stefan Janoski pro model. The spring 2010 lineup will be rounded out by a navy/red Bruin and a black suede Zoom Classic with royal blue and white accents. If this sneak peek is getting your mouth watering, you’ll have to be patient, because this batch of Nike SB models won’t be hitting shelves for a while. We will be sure to keep you posted on further 2010 SB releases and for now, you can check out a bunch more pics after the jump. Thanks to Ice Sole for the photos.

Air Jordan Force IV (AJF 4) Premier Varsity Red Cement

This Air Jordan Force IV made a huge splash when images first started showing up back in April and we know that many of you have been sitting anxiously on the edge of your seats waiting for more images. Your wish has been granted and you can finally get a better look at these stunning kicks. The shoe features a solid Varsity Red upper with the beloved Cement option covering the midsole, heel panel and lace straps. After that original sneak peek, even the Fusion haters came out of the woodwork to give these the thumbs up and it will be interesting to see how many cross over to the other side when these head-turners drop in August. At long last, you can check out some more pics after the jump. Via FlightClub.

Nike Auto Flight Black Red Holiday 09

We first showed you a preview of the Nike Auto Flight at the end of April and now some new images have emerged that give us a peek at what these kicks look like in action. Like the Auto Force 180 from a few days back, the Auto Flight takes a classic Nike basketball model (the Air Flight Lite High) and fuses it together with a vulcanized Blazer midsole, giving it a more contemporary lifestyle look rather than its original performance basketball aesthetic. This version of the Auto Flight features a Black leather upper with red accents and a White midsole. The color scheme gives the shoe a nice subtle look, but thanks to the super-high cut on these, they will still be sure to draw attention. The Auto Flight is not expected to debut until Nike’s holiday ’09 collection, but for now, you can check out another image after the jump. Via Leaders 1354.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High Do the Right Thing Pack

We first gave you a sneak peek at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Do the Right Thing pack all the way back in February and it seems that there have been some minor changes from the sample images that first surfaced a few months ago. Both pairs still use the same White pebbled leather uppers with metallic accents, but the wildly colorful pattern that appeared on the linings has apparently been replaced with solid accent colors instead. While this takes a little away from the late 80′s vibe, both colorways still pack plenty of retro punch thanks to the classic simplicity and overall clean look. It’s not definite that the patterned linings won’t show up again on the final retail models, but all of the latest samples seem to have abandoned it. Look for both the White/Varsity Red and White/Sea Green versions of the Do the Right Thing Air Jordan 1 to drop on July 4th just in time to get fresh for the Independence Day festivities. Nike SB Omar Salazar Pro Model Spring 2010

You may have already seen our first preview of Omar Salazar’s Nike SB pro model and now we have some new images of that original colorway, as well as a second version. As stated in the original post, these kicks feature suede uppers and a mid cut and are also the first Nike SB kicks to incorporate Flywire into the design. The crossed Flywire pattern toward the heel of the shoes not only aids in making them lightweight, but it also adds a nice style touch to the otherwise basic design. Aside from the black/purple/white pair that you saw in our last preview, there will also be a burgundy version with black and white accents. Look for both pairs to begin hitting stores as part of Nike SB’s spring 2010 collection and we’ll be sure to keep you posted on all the latest in the meantime. Much thanks to Ice Sole for the photos.

Air Jordan 2009 Hall of Fame (HOF) Edition

The Air Jordan 2009 was met with a mixed reception from sneakerheads and the colorway options were fairly limited, but this latest edition should bring the spotlight right back. To coincide with Michael’s induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame, Jordan Brand will be releasing a Hall of Fame pack that will consist of HOF editions of the 6 Rings, Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 2009, all to be sold separately. This Air Jordan 2009 features a Black patent upper with Red and White accents, but the most noteworthy attribute has to be the number pattern graphics printed on the shoe’s midsection. The design features a jumble of numbers that were all somehow significant to Mike’s illustrious career and will be used on all the kicks from the HOF pack. The Air Jordan 2009 as well as the others are expected to drop in September around the time of the Hall of Fame ceremonies. You can check out some more images of these kicks after the jump and be sure to stay tuned for additional info.  Via Kenlu.
