Due to size constraints, we sometimes see variations between adult and kids/girls sizes. The Nike Air Max 95 is a good example, with its GS releases featuring a single heel-wrapping bubble instead of the ‘standard’ AM95′s seven visible Air pockets. This Air Jordan Force IV (AJF 4) GS is done in the exact same colourway as its older brother, but instead of a red and black midsole with visible Air, the midsole on these is all red. It does keep the black stitch for a nice contrast, and everything else is identical. The subtle difference might make these a worthwhile purchase for collectors, who can find them today on eBay. If you’re not already familiar with the Nike Air Flight Condor, the shoe was first released earlier this year as an updated lower cut version of the classic Flight ’89. Now it appears that Nike has taken the design in the opposite direction, turning it into a stylish high-top. The Air Flight Condor High makes some other changes to the design of the upper, and in fact, aside from the midsole and tongue, the shoe bears very little resemblance to the Condor’s original source of influence. The Flight Condor High is already available in two colorways. One sports a white/black/red color scheme with additional sections of grey that appear to be covered by a Elephant print-like texture. The other colorway features a combination of grey/navy and metallic silver, giving it a much bolder look than the other version. If you’re feeling these kicks, both are already in stock now at FinishLine.

After the success of the A.R.C. x Nike Air Force 1, the Alife Rivington Club has another collaboration project with Nike coming up. A.R.C. who is well known for their collaborative projects with each well thought out and well designed, put their collective minds on a Dunk High. The sneaker is kept simple featuring a mixture of high tech black materials on the top, a black midsole and a clean gum outsole. The collaboration is called out with the A.R.C. stamp on the heel of the sneaker as well as the signature stripped pattern on the tongue label. Look for this project next month at Tier 0 accounts including the A.R.C. Sports Store. Via Kix-Files.

We haven’t seen much of the Trainer Dunk Low model lately, but now it’s back as part of the ever-growing Nike LIVESTRONG collection. The Trainer Dunk Low hybrid model features an updated version of the original Air Trainer design with new touches like a Free sole and some slight design tweaks. As expected, the shoe adopts the LIVESTRONG color scheme, adding black and yellow accents to the white/dark grey upper. The shoe also sports a clean white midsole with some touches of yellow, and a special LIVESTRONG tag is included for the tongue label. If you are feeling the kicks and the cause, you can pick these up now for a low price at FinishLine.

“This is how we take the old from new, the new to the old, the old from the new!” Yes we’re about to take you back….. Way back…… into time! In 2004 the sneaker game was kicking butt and taking names. There were hot releases dropping left and right sometimes with no advance notice at all. What kept the game really interesting was that foreign exclusives were releasing under the radar leaving hardcore collectors at the mercy of their international relations and net scouring skills. There weren’t nearly as many sneaker blogs 5 years ago as there are now, so getting the drop on such releases wasn’t nearly as easy as it is today. One of the most notorious types of foreign exclusive releases was the France Exclusive. The usual suspect for such exclusives AF1′s was Courir, which became the nickname for most of the rare Nike Air Force 1′s to drop at that chain of french boutiques. Nike teamed with Courir on several occassions to bring you such classics as the Black / White & Gum bottom AF1′s (often called the “Courir I’s” as well as the “Bamboo” AF1′s and the “Barcode” AF1′s. However few people remember the 2nd Courir Exclusive AF1 which is pictured above.
This AF1 features a nubuck and tumbled leather outer mix while using a great low key colorway: Chino, Baroque Brown, and White. What is most notable about these Courir’s is that most of the shoe is Chino nubuck! A very delicate color/material combination demanding these only be worn on special occassions with a “3 foot rule” strictly enforced and a thick sheen of ScotchGuard! Although this sneaker is somewhat of a sleeper due to its subdued tones, any true collector knows the real story behind these and is immediately impressed by their exclusivity. If you don’t have these in your closet but consider yourself an AF1 Aficionado, you may want to hit the internet and start scouring for a pair of these as you will more than likely never see anything like this from Nike again. With so much technology at play and new materials being introduced month after month, we can only look back at classics like this and appreciate them for their simplicity and emphasis on balance and material usage. So to all the collectors out there, if you own a pair of these pat yourself on the back for having excellent taste!

While it might not be seen by some to be in the same class as other Nike basketball classics like the Air Force 1 and Dunk, the Terminator seems to be a go-to model when it comes to creative concepts. This Terminator high takes a very unique approach, using a heather grey jersey material for the upper, with the seams around the toe replaced by thick black printed lines. Additional black accents can be found on the Swoosh and upper heel panel as well as on the tongue and laces. A white midsole and a royal blue outsole finish off the color scheme, helping to give this Terminator model one of its most interesting looks to date. If you’re a fan of this new style, you can pick up a pair now on eBay. Photos: Shaolin8

The Terminator High Basic is back with another round of interesting colorways. This latest pack features three different versions that all apply the same design concepts. The standout feature of these kicks is that they all sport gradient coloring on the upper that fades from one color into another. All three colorways sport a white toe box, Swoosh and midsole, but the rest of the color schemes are very different from one to the next. The Terminator High will be available in red/white/black, black/white/orange and grey/white/purple, giving the shoe some very different looks despite the color blocking similarities. If you are a fan of one or all of these models, you can pick up all three right now at atmos.

Star Trek actor, Chris Pine (Captain James T. Kirk), was seen out in Los Angeles wearing a pair of these Air Jordan I Retro’s in Black and Max Orange. Of course for those of you who saw Star Trek might have caught a familiar looking sneaker on the young James T. Kirk (not Pine), he wore a pair of Air Jordan XX3 in an early scene. Chris Pine who will also be featured in the new upcoming movie, Unstoppable, which features Lakers fan, Denzel Washington, has been seen wearing a number of different sneakers while out in LA, but this is the first time we’ve seen him in some heat. These Air Jordan I’s are one of the best ones to come from the Jordan Brand this year and they don’t look too bad on Chris Pine. via Just Jared
