Nike Air Max ST White Black Hot Red + Dark Grey Black White Available

We’ve been keeping you up on the latest regarding the Retro comeback of the Nike Air Max ST, and after a long wait they are finally starting to show up at select Nike retailers. The shoe was first introduced in the early 90′s and was a pretty groundbreaking design in retrospect, even though it never really achieved major popularity. The ST was the first Nike shoe to use Footbridge technology and the visible Air bubble was the largest yet at the time of their original debut. Now two OG colorways are back to claim the respect they deserve from the sneakerhead community. If you are feeling the White/Black/Hot Red or Dark Grey/Black/White versions, they are both available now at Purchaze and will be hitting the States in the very near future.

Jeff Staple for Airwalk Payless Shoes Collection

When you design something as iconic as the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro Pigeon, you earn alot of leeway.  There aren’t too many other high profile streetwear designers who would lend their hands to a collaboration with Payless Shoes.  But then again, there aren’t too many designers with as much cache as Jeff Staple.  His work for Airwalk this year has been quite interesting, including a dope tribute to the new Star Trek film.  Those were a great idea, since the limited editions likely have more people interested in these budget releases.

Here are the four models that make up the entire Staple x Airwalk collection for Payless.  Pictured above is the Gambit in a nice quilted black leather that alternates triangles with the Airwalk ‘A’.  Next comes the 50/50 lowtop in black and red buffalo plaid, followed by the cloud-patterned Heaven slipon.  Last but certainly not least is the centerpiece of this collection, the Airwalk Terrain.  It appears in both the brown colourway you’ve already seen and a new edition in purple, orange, black and grey.  Props to Jeff Staple for putting himself out there like this.  Let us know if you’d consider copping these or if the price alone makes you shy about buying.

Nike Dunk High Black Hot Red Available
Last week, we gave you a look at this fresh new Dunk High model and now we get a closer look at the final release version, which sports some minor differences from the sample pair that we previewed. The shoe still sports a solid Black leather upper with a Hot Red midsole and tongue label, but this version unlike the other, features a Black outsole and a Black on Black splatter design across the heel section. The shoe still maintains a clean, simple look, but these subtle touches give it an extra little dose of flavor. This Dunk High is available now at TheGoodWillOut and will be hitting select U.S. Nike retailers any day.

Reebok Reverse Jam Yucatin Pack
The Reverse Jam is one of Reebok’s most beloved classic basketball models, and while it has seen its fair share of new colorways over the years, this latest concept has them arguably looking better than ever. Reebok’s Reverse Jam Yucatin collection will see four new colorways of the shoe, all with rich leather/mesh uppers and black outsoles. All four feature different earthy shades of solid green or brown on the uppers, and each sports a vibrant contrasting color on the midsole and tongue branding. If you are a fan of the Reverse Jam or have just become one thanks to these fresh new versions, you can already find these at select Reebok retailers. Via Hypebeast.

Nike Air Max 2009 Grey Metallic Silver Voltage Yellow November 09
The Air Max 2009 has made some major progress in terms of righting the Air Max ship. Although the classic Air Max models continue to sell, many of the newer designs have struggled to catch on. With its innovative lightweight construction and sleek look, the Air Max 2009 has definitely made the statement that there is plenty to still get excited about when it comes to the continuation of the Air Max legacy. This Grey/Metallic Silver/Voltage Yellow version follows a similar color blocking formula as some previous colorways, but the Voltage Yellow accents give it a bold look all its own. These are expected to hit stores some time in November, so if they’ve piqued your interest, you can check out some more pics after the jump while you’re waiting. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

Rolland Berry x Reebok Pump Omni Lite + Pump Graphlite Monochrome

Contemporary American artist, Rolland Berry, has been collaborating with Reebok for a few years now, putting his unique artistic stamp on a number of new and classic Reebok models. Berry’s latest project with Reebok uses two classic Pump models for canvases, the Pump Omni Lite Monochrome and Pump Graphlite Monochrome. Both sport a navy/white/red color scheme with Berry’s trademark pop-culture collage work covering pretty much all of the uppers on both models. If you’re a fan of Rolland Berry or are just digging this creative pack, you can already find both pairs at select Reebok dealers. Via Hypebeast.

Air Jordan Girls Collection Holiday 09

Yesterday, we gave you a preview of the Air Jordan Holiday ’09 Boys releases, but as we all know, Jordans aren’t just for the boys. Jordan Brand is going all out to make sure that the girls have their very own fresh kicks to rock this winter with eight different sneakers in the Holiday collection for the little ladies. At first glance, it appears that the month of October will definitely have a colored theme, with the Air Jordan 1 Phat, Jordan 1 Flight and Flight 45 all adopting a Black/China Rose color scheme and the Sixty Plus sporting a similar White/China Rose/Black palette. Joining the pink installment of the roster will be some other colorways of the Jordan 1 Flight and the Flight 45, as well as two colorways of the super-high Flight 23 6-Inch. All eight models will hit stores between October and December, so keep reading for release details and a closer look at the Holiday ’09 Air Jordan Girls collection. Via nitro:licious.

Jordan Jumpman Pro Low White Navy Blue

The Jordan Jumpman Pro lends itself well to simple colourways, which is perfect for a team-oriented shoe.  The latest edition skips on the black and white duo in favour of a colour you should ‘never’ mix with black.  The pair pictured above features a clean mix of white tubmled leather on the forefoot and navy blue suede on the eyelets and suede.  This combo looks excellent with the metallic silver Jumpman logo on the lower ankle.  We’ll update you with more release info as it becomes available.  via FlightClub

Rick Griffin x Vans Vault Old Skool + Mid Skool

The latest in a line of posthumous ‘collaborations’, the Rick Griffin x Vans Vault collection is a suitable tribute to an icon of American pop art.  Here are the Old Skool and Mid Skool releases, both carrying a white-on-black aesthetic.  The Old Skools (the lowtops) feature a Hawaii-inspired graphic pattern on the side panels and ‘aloha’ on the heels.  The Mid Skools opt for a mix of black perforated leather and suede, instead including illustrations on the tongue, insole and outsole.  Both of these are available today from Flauge.

John Maeda x Reebok ERS 5000 Maeda Reduce

John Maeda’s mathematically-inclined Reebok designs have shown us how far patterns can go on sneakers.  For his latest effort, Maeda got back to basics and literally took a page from his own book.  The Reebok ERS 5000 Maeda Reduce doesn’t look like a fractal or a chalkboard, but it does immediately catch your eye.  These are done in a shiny metallic silver leather with just a single ‘equation’ on the toe.  His first of The Laws of Simplicity sums it up nicely: “The simplest way to achieve simplicity is through thoughtful reduction.”  These are available at select Reebok retailers worldwide.  via HB
