The Nike Bruin has been around since the 1970′s, but it took a Supreme collaboration a few months back to put the classic shoe on the radar of most of the Nike SB crowd. This Zoom Bruin SB is slated to be part of the August ’09 collection, but they have already made their way to a few SB dealers. The kicks sport a suede Military Blue upper with a White Swoosh, midsole and laces and a hint of Red on the tongue and heel branding, as well as the secondary set of laces. If you want to get your hands on a pair a few weeks early, you can get them now from Flatspot. Via NSB.

For the Nike IAM1 project honoring the evolution of the Air Max 1, UK Graffiti artist, INSA, took a 7 day journey around London, hand-painting 35 different images of running legs and feet with transparent Air Max 1′s painted over the feet. The different paintings were splashed along the route of Charlie Dark’s Air IAM1 Journey project, and were then all filmed and edited together seamlessly to create an animation video of the Air Max 1 running all around London through the years. In addition to this endeavor, INSA will also be showing other related and unrelated work at the Nike Sportswear 1948 pop-up shop through July 26th. You can check out more of the hand-painted still-frame art after the jump, as well as a look at the video that they were created for. Via Freshness.

Jordan Brand continues to apply copious amounts of colourways to the Air Jordan 1 Retro High. This latest model hearkens back to a pair of early 90′s Crayola shades, but the result is quite contemporary. The upper is a mix of waxy tumbled and perforated obsidian leathers. This slightly greyed black looks superb with the cerulean blue lining and touches on the tongue. Expect these in March of next year. via TSG

The Spiz’ike seems to be the exception to the fusion rule, because while many Jordan fans bash everything that’s not an OG model, they still embraced the Spiz’ike with open arms when it dropped a few years ago. In a smart move, Jordan Brand has kept Spiz’ike colorways fairly limited, so when this new batch of winterized boot versions drop, they will surely be a welcome sight to a lot of sneakerheads. A few weeks ago, we gave you a preview of some upcoming Spiz’ike boots, and now we get a better look at the first colorway to drop. The shoe sports a Dark Cinder upper with a Black midsole and accents, giving it a winter look without sacrificing any of the design touches from the sneaker version. These will be released in October in time for you to gear up for the cold, but for now, you can get a great detailed look at them after the jump. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

With the Tour de France in full swing, we’ve recently seen a bunch of Nike’s classic models get a LIVESTRONG makeover, and now one of Nike’s most popular newer models has joined the collection. You may have already seen the LIVESTRONG Zoom Soldier III, and in keeping with the friendly LeBron/Kobe rivalry, it would only be right if Kobe’s shoe joined the cause as well. The LIVESTRONG Zoom Kobe IV sports a solid yellow color scheme from top to bottom with the only additional accents coming by way of the black LIVESTRONG logo and the lace tips. These are not expected to be released for retail, but maybe Nike will re-consider if they get some overwhelming feedback. Considering the cause behind them, it seems like these would be another strong release to build funds and awareness for the foundation, so we’ll keep you posted if anything changes. Via Kenlu.

It looks like Nike will collaborate with Patta, a premium sneaker boutique out of Amsterdam, on another Nike Air Max 1. The sneaker features a classic color blocking scheme that is reminiscent of the first Air Max 1′s that were released back in the late 80′s. The upper uses a mixture of mesh, canvas, and possibly denim. The colorway is nice and clean as well using only White and Black on the upper with the outsole coming in Gum and Patta’s logo on the heel in Lucky Green. The insole of the shoe features Patta’s “P” logo as well. Look for these shoes to be a Tier Zero release this Holiday 2009 Season. This pair here is a look see sample. If you want to pick these kicks up early, you can cop the sample via ebay for about $1800.

The heavily talked about and blogged about Nike Sportswear x LIVESTRONG x Futura FLOM Dunk Hi Supreme was released this past weekend and our friends down at Shoe Gallery down in Miami, Florida not only sold out of the shoe’s but also had the legendary, Futura, there himself to sign shoeboxes and meet all of the sneakerheads who lined up to try and pick up a pair. Shoe Gallery, is one of a handful Tier Zero Nike accounts in the US, and has been one of the top Nike retailers in the state of Florida for a number of years. The LIVESTRONG and Nike Sportswear Collection has done extremely well so far even selling out some of the more bizzarre shoes we’ve seen from Nike in the Nike x LIVESTRONG x Hideout Footscape Woven “Hamster”. Look for one last release as a part of the Nike x LIVESTRONG Stages “Greatest Hits” Pack, which of course is the Nike x LIVESTRONG x Busy P 1 World Air Force 1. via The 305
