Air Jordan Sixty Plus Black White Varsity Red Detailed Images
The Sixty Plus continues to be a polarizing topic with Jordan fans. Some embrace it as a blending of some adored classics, similar to the Spiz’ike, but others see it as yet another busy hybrid model that tarnishes the Air Jordan legacy. Regardless of what side of that fence you stand on, you’d better be prepared to see the Sixty Plus on a lot of feet next month when this first colorway is finally released. By now, you have probably already seen some of our previews of the Sixty Plus, but now we have some of our best photos yet, giving you a chance to examine the finer details of this controversial model a little bit closer. The shoe drops on August 15th, so if you’re still undecided, you’ve got a month to make up your mind on whether or not to pick up a pair. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

Nike SB Blazer Un Supreme Omar Salazar Sample

A few years ago the people at Nike SB look to have sampled this Nike SB Blazer for one of their SB riders, Omar Salazar, who will actually be launching his own signature shoe with Nike SB in the Spring 2010 season. This SB Blazer that was never released has a striking resemblance to the Nike SB x Supreme Blazer’s that were released in extremely limited quantities worldwide a number of years ago. The upper features the same quilted leather as the Supreme Blazer only the colorway is a bit different. The outsole and shoelaces are Carolina Blue while the shoe’s tongue has an Omar Space logo and the heel has Omar Salazar’s full name written on the back. The only place you can find these now is ebay. via NSB

Nike Air Max 97 Black Patent Leather Blue Red

A dozen years later, and the Nike Air Max 97 still looks quite futuristic.  This latest edition capitalizes on the sleek design by adding just a small twist to an otherwise tame palette.  The upper is all black, save a silver strip of reflective 3M material, a colour repeated inside the signature long Air pockets.  The tiny touches of blue and red might be enough for a classy design, but Nike added a sparkly effect to the patent leather mudguard, taking this release to another level.  They’re available now and you can cop yours today from Caliroots.

Nike Zoom Kobe IV Black Royal Blue Red Detailed Photos

How much longer the Nike Zoom Kobe IV can keep rollin’ is up in the air, but if the releases are all as strong as this, it might keep floating like his fallaway jumper.  This edition features a clean look, with a black upper accented with royal blue and just a tiny bit of red.  Completing the Kobe aesthetic is a snakeskin toe that screams ‘Black Mamba’.  Still no word on the release date, but check out the detailed photos after the jump.  via FlightClub

Air Jordan Hallowed Ground Holiday 2009 Releases

We’ve already brought you some thorough looks at two colorways of the upcoming Jordan Hallowed Ground and so far, the response seems to be pretty favorable. In addition to the White/Varsity Red/Black and Black/Varsity Red/White models, there will also be two other colorways in the first batch of Hallowed Ground releases. Both new versions sport the same midsole with a Black to Neon Yellow gradient splatter design moving from front to back. One uses a White upper and the other is solid Black, both with additional Neon Yellow accents on the tongue branding. If you’re feeling this slick new basketball model from Jordan Brand, keep an eye out in early October when all four colorways will be hitting retailers, and for now, you can get a closer look at the whole lineup after the jump.

Nike Dynasty High Black White Infrared Fall 09

Even if Rocawear decides to go retro, Nike was way ahead of them on the Dynasty.  A classic basketball silhouette first released in 1981, the Nike Dynasty High is somewhere between the Sky Force and Vandal.  This upcoming pair for Fall 2009 rocks a killer black, white and infrared palette.   We expect a bunch of clean colourways for this diamond in the rough, so check back with Sneaker News for updates.  via Ty/LDRS

Nike Sportswear WMNS Vandal High Heather Grey Black

A few weeks back, we gave you a look at a Terminator High model that uses a very similar design and color concept. Like the Terminator, this women’s Vandal High model sports the same heather grey t-shirt-like material on the upper with a black taped seam design outlining all of the edges. The shoe also features a white Swoosh and midsole, but the most intriguing addition is the inclusion of both red and purple removable straps. Ladies, if you like what you see, you can scoop up a pair right now at grip and keep reading for a detailed look at this creative style after the jump.

Nike Air Max Light White Navy Blue + White Red

Here’s another reason to love the internet.  Nike typically saves the best Air Max Light releases for Europe only, but you can grab these two at your leisure thanks to the marvels of modern technology.  Pictured above are two new pairs that share a common clean style.  With a mostly white upper and midsole, a single colour stars as the accent.  There’s one in a deep blue, while the other is a rich red tone.  You can grab the blue ones, red ones or both of these today from Caliroots.

Nike Air Elan White + Black

Even if you’re somewhere sneakers are frowned upon, true Nikeheads know this shoe doubles down on comfort and elegance.  The Nike Air Elan is back in two ultra clean colours.  One’s all black, the other all white, but they’re far from boring.  Both have lush leather uppers complete with the Elan’s signature perforated Swoosh outline.  The white on white and black on black are both available today from Caliroots.
