Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke MX Sole

This is a *clear* case of the photos overriding the news.  Don’t get it twisted, it’s quite impressive that you can design a new Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke with the MX sole, but possibly more impressive is to see all 19 colours all in a row.  As you can see in the photo above, the clear casing on the MX sole gives the appearance of a translucent material from afar.  Upon further inspection, it’s clear that the colour is nestled within a transparent shell.  Take a look at the photos after the jump and then head over to 21 Mercer St. to design your own.

Asics Fall/Winter 2009 Footwear Collection

Ronnie Feig’s samples might never make it to retail, so here are a few new pairs of Asics about to drop.  Pictured above is possibly the gem of the bunch, a new GT-Quick in a slick LA Lakers-like colourway featuring Asics’ answer to Nike’s immortal elephant print.  The Procourt MT is back in a geometrically-patterned pair that vaguely resembles Puma’s Tetris Pack.  We also have photos of four new Courtrebel MT retro basketball kicks that range from tame to insane.  All of these, plus you know you’re going to see new Gel-Lyte IIIs and other runners and it looks like 2009 will run out on a strong foot.  via FRESHNESS

Nike WMNS Zoom Hybris ACG Stealth Vivid Pink Black

Another stylish, yet rugged-looking shoe from the Nike ACG line has just popped up for the ladies. The Zoom Hybris ACG fits right in with the usual ACG aesthetics, but this particular version goes the extra mile in terms of bold colors. The shoe sports a Black and Stealth upper with a Purple mesh underlay and some bright splashes of Vivid Pink throughout the design. Some nice additional touches come by way of the patterned laces and speckled midsole, as well as the Zoom sole. With fall right around the corner, you can find the Zoom Hybris right now on eBay.  Photos: ID4SHOES.

Jason Jessee x Vans Syndicate Sk8 Hi S Notch Back

Taka Hayashi’s take on the Vans Sk8-Hi silhouette transformed it into something totally new.  Jason Jessee took a different route, subtly accenting the classic design with a couple key features.  The Jason Jessee x Vans Syndicate Sk8-Hi ‘S’ comes to us in a rich black leather upper with white contrast stitching.  It’s heavily padded, compared to typical Sk8-Hi releases, but it’s anything but stiff around the ankles, thanks to a notch cut into the heel.  There’s a brown pair on the way soon and these black joints are available at retailers like Gettry.

Air Jordan Force Fusion IV (4) White Cement Available

The task of legitimizing the often scrutinized Fusion line seems to be falling to the Air Jordan Force Fusion IV. While a lot of sneakerheads have no love for Fusions, the Air Jordan Force IV seems to have a good shot at converting some of the naysayers. The Air Jordan IV is one of the most beloved models in the storied Air Jordan catalog and this hybrid model does a great job staying true to the original look. The use of original colorways is another big selling point for the Fusion IV’s, and as you can see the classic White/Cement color scheme is looking as crisp as ever. These kicks are not scheduled for release until August 1st, but VaultHarlem already has some in stock and so do some eBay sellers. Keep reading after the jump for a look at some more pics, including a shot of the two classics that were combined to create this new model.  Additional photos: 95Soleman.

Nike SB Dunk Low Un Hemp Orange Holiday 2009

Last week, we got a look at an exciting new Hemp Dunk SB model that is apparently waiting in the wings for a release later this year. The original “Hemp” Dunks from 2004 are now regarded as classics and with five years passing since their release, it seems like as good a time as any to bring the concept back for more. This version gets a little more complicated than the originals, which sported the hemp material on the shoe’s entire upper. This version throws in more additional accent colors and also breaks up the color blocking with a combination of orange suede and hemp on the upper. These kicks also feature an orange midsole, as well as a black Swoosh and some splashes of brown and red on various sections of the shoe, including the spotted lining. These are currently slated for a Holiday 2009 release, so we’ll be sure to keep you up on the latest info regarding this eagerly anticipated drop. Via SneakersBr.

Nike SB Dunk Low Iron Man Sample

We gave you a look at this Dunk Low SB sample last August, but at the time, the story behind them was still unclear. Now, the rumor is that this Dunk SB model was inspired by last summer’s superhero blockbuster, Iron Man, and was possibly intended for a summer release to coincide with the opening of the movie. Obviously, for whatever reasons, that never happened, but now we get a look at what could have been. Images of this sample version have recently emerged, and as you can see, while the kicks do sport Iron Man’s trademark red and gold, a healthy dose of black leather was also used on the upper to tone down the look some. As far as we know, there are no plans to ever release these, but with an Iron Man sequel currently in the works, Nike SB will certainly get a second chance to make them relevant, so we’ll let you know if they decide to drop the Iron Man Dunks after all. Nike Air Penny 1/2 Cent Metallic Silver Black September 2009

The Air Penny 1/2 Cent hybrid model made a big splash this past winter and with more new colorways on the way, the popularity of the shoe will surely continue to grow. With all of the recent Air Penny Retro models being re-released, the 1/2 Cent came along at the perfect time to effectively tie it all together in a way that still looks very slick and organic. We’ve shown you a couple previews of this Metallic Silver/Black version and now we get our best look yet at the shoe from multiple angles. It also looks like the Metallic Silver 1/2 Cent will be moved up from its original October release date to instead drop sometime in September, so if you’ve been waiting patiently for these, you should now be able to get your hands on a pair a little sooner.
