Diddy showed up to the Late Show with David Letterman this past week wearing a pair of crispy all Black adidas Superstar’s aka shell toes. Diddy who discussed his new MTV show, Making His Band, that is set to premiere on Monday, July 27th at 10 PM. The Hip-Hop mogul has also recently been seen in some Air Yeezy’s on a number of occasions, but it seems Diddy wanted to tone it down a little bit for the Late Show. We saw a 60+ Points DMP of Air Jordan 1 Retro Highs and there’s a whole slew of 60+ colourways of the original on the way. It’s time now for the ‘original’ colourway of the shoe that started this scoring celebration.  The Air Jordan 60+ comes to us in a mix of black suede and faux snakeskin.  Expect touches of varsity red and white like the Chicago Bulls uniforms MJ wore during the various years represented in this mashup.  They’re slated for an August 15th wide release, but Vault got ‘em early and you can also find them on ebay now.

Chris Paul isn’t the only number 3 with Jordan Brand anymore.  With his third signature shoe on the way for next season, this China-exclusive design serves as a great sendoff for the second.  The Jordan CP3.II pictured above has a white leather forefoot contrasted by black on the rear quarter.  Touches of gold and bright blue come in on the CP3.II’s signature swirly heel and tie in the lining, quilting and parts of the sole.  No word yet on a release and they’ll probably never make it stateside, but we’ll let you know when and where you can cop these as soon as possible.  via Yaxin-Sports

We’ve seen home and away PEs of the Nike Hyperdunk and an away PE of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV, so this latest special colourup for Harlem’s Rice High School is only natural.  The Nike Zoom Kobe IV in its Rice HS Home PE colourway is heavier on the green than its road counterpart.  You can tell that these were intended for the friendly floor because of the white midsole and toe.  FlightClub reports these will see a September release, so we’ll keep you posted.

We’ve seen photos of the upcoming Nike Sky Force High both with and without Tecmo Bo tongue tags.  The release version of the shoe pictured above makes us fear for the worst.  While the Air Trainer TW IIs have retained the legendary 8-bit character, this new Nike Blazer High only has pixels on the upper.  It still looks great in tonal blues that evoke the classic Kansas City Royals uniforms Bo’s biceps once stretched, but these have been released with a standard tongue tag.  If that’s not too much for you to lose, grab them today from Nike Sportswear retailers like Sneaker Bistro.

The Air Max 90 is such a classic style that, frankly, it’s hard to get it wrong when coming up with new color combinations. This latest version offers something for the ladies with a striking colorway and some interesting touches. The shoe features a Black and White suede/mesh upper with some vibrant Red Plum accents spread around to create a very nice contrast. In addition to the vibrant color scheme, the most noteworthy aspect of these kicks is the coloring of the midsole, in which the back half of the section surrounding the Air bubble is Red Plum and the front is White. Taka Hayashi’s Native American-inspired Vans pack rolls on.  The Vans Vault Akat LX comes to us in two brown designs.  The first is a lighter shade with white stiching that we fully expected.  Another offers a slightly darker chocolate brown leather and is held together with tonal stitches.  Both have a strip of triangular perforations that grow as they reach toward the heel, a unique look that’s like nothing we’ve seen.  Set yourself apart by grabbing these from Bows and Arrows.

With the Nike Air Trainer renaissance in full effect, last month we gave you a look at a Bo Jackson-inspired Air Trainer TW II that features some clever touches. The shoe sports a Black nubuck upper with a patent leather strap and a textured Metallic Silver pattern covering the heel panel. Additional accents are provided by some splashes of White, Grey and Silver, but the major selling point, aside from the slick Raiders color scheme, is the Tecmo Bo illustration on the tongue label. As many of you might remember, Bo Jackson was nearly unstoppable in the classic Tecmo Bowl video game, so a pixelated rendering of his character has been included in the design as a tribute. Converse continually finds ways to put some new spins on their classic Chuck Taylor All-Star model. This time around, Converse has decided to go with a quilted look, using a thicker material on the uppers with tonal quilt-style stitching covering the shoe. There will be three colorways available in this style, red, orange and black, each with tonal uppers and laces and a classic white midsole. If you weren’t already aware, the LIVESTRONG edition of the Busy P Air Force 1 will be hitting select retailers tomorrow. After already releasing the Mister Cartoon Air Force 1, the Futura-designed FLOM Dunk and the Hamster Air Footscape, it’s time for the Busy P’s to shine for a good cause. The design and graphics of the shoe stay true to the original Busy P Air Force 1, with the obvious exception of the color. As you would expect, the rainbow colors of the original have been replaced with the trademark Black/Varsity Maize LIVESTRONG color scheme, but the midsole still features the gradient effect that helped these kicks to stand out so much their first time around. As stated previously, these will hit stores tomorrow, July 25th, a day before the Tour de France wraps up for the year. Last week, we gave you a sneak peek at an upcoming Dunk High model that sports a silver Vandal-esque nylon upper and now it appears that they will not be alone in the Nike Fall 2009 collection. Two additional nylon colorways of what Nike is calling the Dunk Vandal Premium will also be on the way to retailers soon. One pair features a solid Black upper and midsole with Green Spark accents and a set of Zitron laces. The other colorway uses a Midnight Navy base with touches of New Magenta and Total Orange. As mentioned before, both of these Dunk Vandal Premiums, as well as the Silver/Blue/Red pair, will be coming to select Nike accounts soon, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
