With the resounding success of Nike’s Zoom Kobe IV, plenty of sneakerheads are wondering what’s next. The answer could possibly be this model. They’re probably either the Nike Zoom Kobe V or another KB-branded lowtop from the Swoosh. What we do know is that this pair looks relatively simple. The upper is notable mostly for its use of Flywire-equipped side panels and the midsole is a sleeker take on the ZKIV. Things get a bit more interesting on the sole, where a crazily patterned XDR sole should provide excellent traction on outdoor courts, while a carbon fibre spring plate will also keep them strong. I’m torn here. They look both like an elegant progression from the ZKIV and somebody’s step dad’s white new balances lol

these were made to perform on the hardwood and become as much as possible, the best basketball sneaker yet. Don’t be hating on these because aesthetics weren’t first priority. They still look good. Could look a lot sleeker with some black/metallic silver colorway.

I think they’ll be easier to design when it comes to inspiration of colors and materials.

btw these aren’t the V’s. Think they are like another line of Kobe’s like the Dream Seasons because the outsole is designed for outdoor courts and is made of that XDR. Damn they really lowered these… imagine how low the actual V’s would be.

The sole is tight, the midsole is good to but this kick needs some help. Peeps bashed the IV but that IV had alot more thrown into it. Something never seen before. But this is a step down with promise to it.

ZK4, instant hit, could be a classic and an icon that changed the sneaker industry. But you look at all the previews on the 4′s and everyone was bashing because they didn’t know shit and then what happened? Possibly best sneaker of 09, and the same will happen with the V’s.
These aren’t the V’s anyways so you guys are hating on the wrong thing, wait till the real thing.
