Converse Jack Purcell Racearound White Black

Last week, we gave you a preview of Converse’s slick new Jack Purcell Racearound model, and now it’s time to take a look at another colorway of the stylish shoe. You already saw the black colorway, which keeps things very simple, allowing the sleek silhouette to be the focal point. This new color scheme, however, makes things a little more interesting, using a combination of white and black sections on the upper to give the shoe an entirely different look. All in all, the Jack Purcell Racearound provides a nice lifestyle sneaker alternative to comparable styles like Chucks and certain Vans models, offering a bit more class and sophistication. If you like what you see, you can already find both colorways at select Converse retailers. Via MarcusTroy.

Nike WMNS Dunk Low Grand Purple Black

Our first look at Nike’s new Grand Purple had us thinking it was very dark; nearly black.  This latest release is the clearest demonstration that the Swoosh’s new favourite hue is true to its name.  The Nike Dunk Low pictured above uses black on the rear to show how stark the contrast actually is, a look enhanced by white stitching throughout.  While technically a womens release, these are available up to US size 12 (mens 10.5) from jordanbrandseller on eBay.

Nike Dunk High Red Anthracite Ultraman

Ultraman’s 40th anniversary is over two years past, but Nike continues to draw from the Japanese cult cartoon.  Where the Lows we showed you Thursday go heavy on silver and red with just a bit of black on the tongue, these Nike Dunk Highs are nearly all black and red.   The red leather underlay features a hexagonal perforation pattern we’ve seen on another pair of Dunks with cartoonish colours.  You can pick up a pair now on eBay.  Photos: StepToRun

Reebok Limited Edition Perfectly Grey Pack

Reebok’s Perfectly White Pack that released back in June was quintessentially ‘summer’.  It’s still very hot, but RBK is channeling this theme into a darker pack for fall.  The Perfectly Grey Pack reprises the Court Victory Pump-Pump Omni Lite-Insta Pump Fury trio, this time using all grey leathers.  There’s also a hint of carbon fibre running through the pack, as the first two models have a woven material around the ankles that resembles it, while the Insta Pump Furys have a carbon fiber arch.  Grab all three of these today from mita sneakers.

Celebrity Feet: DJ Clark Kent Nike SB Dunk Low Ms. Pacman x Air Force 1

On his recent visit to Taipei, Taiwan for the Nike IAM1 Journey event, our good friend, DJ Clark Kent, was seen in a brand new pair of Nike SB Dunk Low “Ms. Pacman” x Air Force 1 sneakers. The Ms. Pacman Dunk SB is one of the freshest SB’s released this year and DJCK did a great job of flipping it and adding an Air Force 1 sole to it giving it a different look. Like a number of other sneakers that Clark Kent has put together, this one is most likely a 1 of 1, so unless you know DJ Clark Kent or someone at Nike, you probably won’t be able to get your hands on these. Get a closer look at these dope kicks after the jump. Via Freshness
