The Hundreds released their first line of footwear about a year ago. This anniversary collection brings the Johnson back in both mid and lowtop cuts. The mids are perforated leather while the lows go for suede. Along with these two designs comes the Valenzuela canvas lowtop. All three will release at The Hundreds in LA and San Francisco on Thursday and more retailers soon thereafter. via HB

The Nike Air Total Max Uptempo was among the key releases from Nike Basketball’s Fall/Winter 1997 lineup. The massive Air bubble and huge heel jewel are back in another two colour release here. The white pair with navy blue accents have a Duke Blue Devils vibe about them. The tongue, Swooshes and swooping stripe are all shiny as well, which gives this simple palette a nice boost. Grab yours today from 95Soleman on eBay.

Adam Goldstein, better known as DJ AM, attended the New York Mets vs. Philadelphia Phillies game on August 23rd at Citi Field in New York to throw out the first pitch, and he did so in some very dope Nike x Haze Dunk High’s. DJ AM who is known for being one of the biggest celebrity sneakerheads was last spotted by us attending a Lakers NBA Playoffs Game in some “Lightning” Air Jordan IV’s. In addition to the dope kicks that AM wore he also wore a custom NY Mets jersey with his name and number 1 on the back.

Here’s a pleasant surprise for fall. We know all about the big Air Jordan releases on the way soon and this one sorta slipped under the radar. Slip into the Air Jordan 1 Velcro Low, this time in black and gum. This colour is the only one on the entire upper comprised of rich leather and woven nylon. These feature the light brown gum rubber that we’ve come to expect for the outsole and instead use it on the midsole atop more black premium leather. Grab a pair today from Kumastock.

Last week we gave you a sneak preview of this year’s Doernbecher Freestyle project between Jordan Brand and the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. The Air Jordan VI has been chosen as the canvas for the yearly partnership and as usual, something very unique and interesting has been created. The Air Jordan VI has been draped in navy blue suede with some tonal graphics and patterns embossed into the upper. Accents are provided by some splashes of red and gold, giving the shoe a patriotic Olympic feel. A clear outsole and heel embroidery add some nice additional touches to the outside of the model, but there’s also some cool stuff going on inside it as well. The gold insoles feature a red embroidered Jumpman logo and the inside of the tongues sport a “What Time Is It?….Gametime!” message. As previously reported, these are expected to drop in very limited quantities late this fall, so stick with Sneaker News for further info. Via Kenlu.

Creative custom cakes are all the rage lately and as you may have noticed, the sneakerhead community is joining the fun. We have recently shown you two different cakes that were made to look like the Air Yeezy, and now we get a look at a wedding cake made for a collector with more of a classic style. The OG red/white/black Air Jordan 1 has been intricately sculpted out of cake, icing and other goodies to give the happy couple a far more special and memorable day than they ever could have had with just your standard old wedding cake. After all, nothing says I love you like a fresh pair of kicks and as we all know, marriages these days come and go, but OG Air Jordan 1′s are forever. Via NK.

While no official indication is given, it appears that Nike’s Spring 2010 Dunk High line-up has been heavily influenced by the color scheme’s of some of basketball’s most legendary teams. Here we have a look at three upcoming colorways from the spring Dunk collection and it appears that they have all adopted a back-to-basics team look, similar to the first wave of Dunks that were honored by the Be True To Your School series a few years back. There is a White/Varsity Red/Black version that gives off a Chicago Bulls feel along with an White/Orange Blaze/Varsity Blue pair that may have been inspired by their Eastern Conference rivals, the New York Knicks. The third upcoming Dunk High sports a White/University Blue palette that inevitably brings the North Carolina Tarheels to mind. As stated before, there is no indicated tie to any of the teams mentioned, but it seems pretty obvious what they were going for with these. Keep reading after the jump for a closer look at all three and stay tuned for more info as the release gets a little closer. Via Glltn.
