While Nike SB Dunk mania has started to slow down a little bit in recent years, there is still a loyal following that is always anxiously waiting to get a peek at the latest upcoming colorways. We’ve already given you individual previews of a few of these upcoming styles that are sitting on deck for the summer of 2010, and now we take a closer look at those and more. Next summer, Nike SB will be bringing us new colorways of the Dunk Low, Mid and High. The Dunk Low collection will feature the Blue/Red/Silver Eric Koston model, as well as the Burgundy/Navy suede edition that we showed you a few weeks back. The Dunk SB Mid will be back in two colorways, one sporting a Yellow/Navy color scheme and the other dipped in various shades of Black and Grey, pretty much identical to the Griptape edition that released a few years back.
Rounding out this early look at the Nike SB Dunk Summer 2010 collection will be two new High models. You may have already seen our sneak peek at the Black/Purple version, but it looks like they will be joined by a striking Black/Orange pair that also uses a combination of suede and smooth leather on the upper. Keep reading after the jump for a closer look at the whole bunch and stay tuned for more on Nike SB’s Summer 2010 line-up in the near future. Thanks to Shoeniverse for the photos.

Dwyane Wade’s appearance at NBA Media Day in the black and red Air Jordan XI (11) stole the show, but he certainly wasn’t the only NBA star showing off colour-coordinated kicks for the upcoming season. New teammate Quentin Richardson looks awefully with his Air Jordan 2009s. Both Atlanta’s Mike Bibby and Charlotte’s Tyson Chandler sport white and blue Air Jordan Jumpman Pro. Chandler appeared with teammate Gerald Wallace, who, along with Bobcats guard DJ Augustin, can be seen rocking Air Jordan Six Rings.
We almost didn’t recognize the recently de-cornrowed and conspicuously maskless Rip Hamilton, but the long time Jordan Brand stalwart can’t hide beside new teammate Ben Gordon in his Air Jordan XII (12) Rising Suns. Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis also rocks an updated version of a classic in the Boston Air Jordan 1 High from this year’s 60-Point DMP. One step further from the traditional Jordan legacy are the fusions we see on Philly guard Louis Williams, who goes with the military blue AJFIV, while Nate Robinson shows love for a classic with a pair of Air Jordan VIII’s in White/Orange/Grey. Meanwhile, Carmelo Anthony continues his own legacy with the sixth in his line of signature Jays. Looks like this will be a great season for on-court kicks, so stick with Sneaker News for more looks from the hardwood.

Michael Vick’s return to the NFL after a two year hiatus has been the talk of the league and various media outlets since news broke that he would be joining the Philadelphia Eagles. Once the highest paid player in the NFL, Vick had numerous endorsement contracts including one with Nike, that included his own line of signature shoes. Since Vick pleaded to guilty to criminal acts involving dog fighting, almost all of his sponsors severed ties with him. However, now that Michael Vick is back in the NFL and trying to clean up his image, a few of his supporters are back on his side, including Nike. It comes as no surprise as Vick has been known to only wear Nike’s ever since he stepped on the field back in his college days at Virginia Tech. The terms of the deal were undisclosed but Vick has been seen in Nike football cleats since he joined the Eagles weeks ago. via ESPN // Yahoo Sports
Update: Apparently, after news spread yesterday about Michael Vick’s reunion with Nike, Swoosh representatives made it clear that although they have agreed to supply Vick with Nike cleats and gear, there is, in fact, no contract between the two sides at this time.

Back in July, we first gave you a look at this wildly creative new look for the Air Force 1. Falling right in line with some other monster-inspired Halloween season kicks, the Savage Beast Air Force 1 Low will likely take over center stage thanks to its bold colors and materials. The shoe sports a Ginger synthetic fur upper that even extends down to cover the midsole as well. The bold look of the fur is offset by some touches of off-white canvas on the Swoosh, heel tab and tongue with additional touches coming by way of the “Savage Beast” print on the heel tabs and a monster-ized Nike logo appearing on the lace locks. Keep reading after the jump for a detailed look at the shoe, and be sure to keep an eye out for these dropping some time in October. Via Dunk.

Readers aware of Nike’s 2003 purchase of Converse might look at these and feel both intrigue and a sense of “Why didn’t they already do this?” Converse has launched its own successful skateboarding lineup, but they’re still largely in the shadow of Nike SB. The Nike SB Blazer High pictured above would smash through all barriers if it were ever released. Sporting a black canvas upper and an old school Converse Chuck Taylor All Star-like heel tag, this Blazer gets us thinking about all the possibilities implied in mashing together the legacies of perhaps the two most significant footwear companies in history. These are samples and Mental Kicks won’t even sell ‘em, so enjoy the photos and let us know if you see some Dwyane Wade potential here.
Update: HUF has announced that this is a collaboration between HUF and Nike SB see more here: HUF x Nike SB Blazer Mid Canvas Capsule Collection

By now, a lot of you are probably well aware of some of the treats that Jordan Brand has in store for the early part of 2010, but here we get a look at some more treasures in store for later in the year. Next summer will see some interesting new models like the Rare-Air, Team ISO, Airs and AJO10 Outdoor shoe, but we know that most of you will have a hard time focusing on the new stuff with that Air Jordan IX Retro hanging around. It appears the shoe will finally be Retro’d in the classic White/University Blue/Black colorway for the first time next August. Also of note are two new Air Jordan 1 High colorways, a Silver edition of the Six Rings and the Air Jordan Force Fusion X, which will surely be met with some differing opinions. Keep reading after the jump for a closer look at the whole batch, and stay tuned for more on these releases in the future. Via HoopsChina.

It turns out the first release of the new Nike Air Maxim Trainer 1 ND doesn’t take its green hits from the OG Air Trainer 1. It was a logical hypothesis, given the addition of some Trainer flavor to the Nike Air Maxim 1 nu-retro runner, it was natural to look at the bright green elements and say to yourself, “Ah, Chlorophyll.” In these latest photos, we can see clearly now, Nike opted for the brighter Green Spark, which might one day become singularly identified with this new design. That depends on you, and whether you and your friends take to these. If you like em, cop today from Schuh-You.

Spark Pack redux? Not quite. The Nike Dunk High Premium is back and it definitely resembles the aforementioned woolen joints from last winter. These go with a visibly smooth black leather for most of the upper, save the woolen ankle collar that hearkens back to the Spark joints and should keep people in the ‘(Athletics) North’ warm. These don’t have the Spark Pack’s 0.44 Sticky Rubber sole, but they do look perfect for fall, so grab yours today from Purchaze.
