Does anyone out there like Infrared Air Jordan VI’s? If so, then we know there are probably a lot of you drooling on your keyboards right now. We’ve already seen some sample images of the upcoming Retro version of the Black/Infra(Varsity)Red Air Jordan VI, but there’s something about seeing a pile of them that kicks the anticipation frenzy up a few notches. Not only do the shoes look great, but sneakerheads who have been in the game for a while are probably happy to see that air-randy is still going strong with his usual enviable supply of early heat. They may be suede instead of nubuck and the Infrared may be a little more Varsity than some would like, but at the end of the day, these still capture more than enough of the OG aesthetic to make them a very hot commodity come January. Keep reading for a bunch more pics of one of the most eagerly awaited Air Jordan releases of 2010, and based on what we’ve seen so far, that’s really saying something.

I glad to c these again I wish they would change da colors on some of da OG releasing. Thang BLK and Red is get old know. I must say I will b gettin this boy again. I had da OG n all colors bac n da day.

ummm yea! i WAS going to cop but im cool now……. it was supposed to be infrared, what happened guys? and suede vs. nubuck who really cares, whatever… im us bad tht the inside material looks kinda purple…..WTF? they look so different from the first infrareds its a pass for me i think. why cant JB jus do it up lk the space jams… JB keeps messing up good things.

Wow… I actually DON’t like them more now. It was obvious the material and “red” were off form the OG but I agree… look weird!

That new material made me not want’em as bad now. I’ll probably still get’em, but it won’t be exciting to see them when everyone has them on.

Is it me or do these pictures suck? I mean the actual pictures/angles are horrible not the shoes. The pictures make the shoes not even look good, but Marqueesole has some great pictures.

I hate say this but it looks like im going to have to pass on these due to the suede, I suck when it comes to keeping suede shoes clean and is it just me or JB is bringing back retros only to fuck them up ex: Flu Game 12 Suede instead of leather,Blk Infrared 6 Suede instead of nubuck,Metallic 1 high Glittery leather instead of 3m. If only the Blk Red 6 were Nubuck instead of Suede.

Suede? Pass! The last pair of black suede shoes I had were Ewings, G, and they started to turn blue on me after a while. I would assume that the weight of the suede will slow anyone who plans on copping this release as for hooping. Ya. Pass! I didn’t make it to Montreal for the True Blues, but I will be in Denmark soon; and my first stop is NikeTown to get them there. Peace!

Retro 1 Infrareds turned into Max Orange…
6 Infrared turned into Varsity Red…
Both shoes much more deserving of Infrared colorway than Fusion 6s…

I agree these do look kinda weird. To me it looks like a bootleg version of the Infareds. I might cop because I’ve been wanting these since I was a kid. I don’t think JB will release the Infared verstion for awhile since this version is coming out.
