Diadora x SneakersBR – The Cloud Pack

Diadora x SneakersBR – The Cloud Pack

SneakersBR has built a name for themselves as being the premier online resource for sneaker culture in Brazil and other parts of South America.  Recently they teamed up with Diadora, an Italian athletic footwear comapny who have deep roots in Brazilian sports history, to revive two of the brand’s classic silhouettes- The Speciale and The Jogging.  Though both of these styles may remind you of some styles from other brands, don’t get it twisted- both of these were created over 20 years ago.

The collaborative work took form from Inspiration of “The Cloud,” SneakerBR’s original mascot created about 2 years ago.  Although it is not used much in their online magazine’s new layout, they wanted to pay homage to their beginnings.  As a result, both shoes feature graphics and colors giving nods to the cartoony character.  Included in the pack are a special tote bag and felt toy keyring, both matching the shoe designs.  Don’t get your hopes up on copping if interested, though.  Set to come out in late September, this is a friends and family release, with only 24 pairs of each shoe will be produced.  Via SneakersBR.
